6、設計標高100.000m為±0.000所應對的絕對標高為吳淞標高+4.500m,場地內部自然地面絕對標高約為+4.500m,即為相對標高±0.000m,則開挖深度為2.25m。其中,水池的墊層底標高-5.90m,板厚為1000mm,墊層厚100mm,建筑面積為31.59。本工程設計標高100.000m為±0.000所應對的絕對標高為吳淞標高+4.500m,場地內部自然地面絕對標高約為+4.500m,即為相對標高±0.000m,則開挖深度為5.9m。(1) The phosgene compartment, HCL absorption and tail

29、00.000m addressed by an absolute elevation ± 0.000 Wusong elevation + 4.500m, natural floor space inside the absolute elevation of about + 4.500m, is the relative elevation ± 0.000m, the excavation depth is 1.30m.1.4方案選擇Scheme Selection本基坑工程經分析具有以下特點:1、基坑平面大體呈長方形,開挖面積較大,開挖影響范圍內以粉砂性土為主,滲透性較

30、好,降水工作是基坑開挖成敗與否的關鍵;2、基坑設計挖深一般,設計開挖深度大部分在3m以內;3、場地周圍環境條件不容樂觀,基坑周圍有已經建好的重要建筑物、構筑物、地下管線等,不具備一定的放坡開挖條件。根據業主“SLIC-cMDI2-CP02”的設計要求,再結合本工程上述特點,因此本工程所有基坑均不采取坡比放坡;只采用鋼板樁進行支護和輕型井點降水的圍護,達到降水效果,再對本工程進行土方開挖。The excavation was analyzed with the following characteristics:1,A generally flat rectangular pit, excava

39、nt precipitation palisade scheme.4.1土方開挖做法Earthwork excavation practice土方開挖應先大面積挖至各工號基礎基底標高,為確保各工號工程樁的穩定性,待各工號的鋼板柱支護完成后,再進行二級深度開挖,并及時通知監理、業主、勘察單位進行驗收,對基礎墊層進行澆注。土方開挖的基底標高應結合結施圖進行,基坑土方開挖應分層分段進行,每層開挖深度不得超過2.7 m,開挖長度不得大于60m。最后20cm土方及地梁、承臺等局部深處宜人工開挖,盡量減少對坑底土的擾動,嚴禁超挖。挖土至坑底標高后應分塊施工并在72小時內完成素混凝土墊層,并抓緊施工基礎底板

43、rete cushion, and grasping the construction foundation slab.4.2鋼板樁施工方法Steel sheet pile construction method 、基線確定:施工員在基坑邊上定出軸線,留出以后施工需要的工作面,確定鋼板樁施工位置。參照設計要求(SLIC-cMDI2-CP02)。 、定樁位:按順序標明鋼板樁的具體樁位,灑灰線標明。、鋼板樁施打:第一根鋼板樁插打:吊起鋼板樁,打開機頭夾板夾住樁頭,垂直后在設計位置通過打樁機的液壓振動錘將鋼板樁插入至設計深度。后續鋼板樁插打:第一根樁打插完成以后,后續鋼板樁沿前一根樁的扣槽插入至設計

44、深度。在鋼板樁施工中,打設的允許誤差為:樁頂標高偏差±100mm,鋼板樁軸線偏差±100mm,鋼板樁垂直度偏差為1%;在打設過程中,應監測是否在允許誤差范圍內,超出時及時糾正。(1)Baseline to determine: the builder set axis on the edge of the foundation pit, set aside after the construction needs of the working face, determine the position of steel sheet pile construction. Wit
