2、ible for lesson plan and course design and delivering lessons to a range of classes operated by * centre.負責為*中央相關班級準備學科教學方案和授課.work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of students ' progress and development;針對學生學習和改良進行及時的溝通、輔導和反應并做好相關的記錄;3. Helping students in all areas of the c

3、urriculum;就所有學科內的知識/內容對學生進行輔導和支持;4. Researching new topic areas and maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge;參與/進行教學科研并不斷更新學科專業知識;能夠選擇、使用各種 教學資源和設備已輔助教學任務,提升教學質量;5. Managing students ' behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of m

4、isbehavior;引導治理學生在校內或課堂的行為,能有采取有效的方式以防止不當 行為的發生;6. Participating in and organizing extracurricular activities;參與或組織學生課外活動;7. Participating in departmental meetings, parents' meetings and whole school training events, and contacting parents for updating students ' academic performance;參加部門內部會

5、議、家長會及學校的培訓活動;向家長就學生的最新 學生情況進行持續反應;2) Vice Academic Principal Role:學術校長:1. Assistant Center Principal to achieve teaching objectives and student ' s management協助中央校長達成學生治理及教學目標;2. Make teaching proposal for different programs subject teaching, for Center principal to approve;就不同工程學科教學向中央校長提供改良方案

6、或意見;3. Responsible for subject teaching faculty allocation for different programs,for center principal to approve. Involve in new hire and training;負責學術各學科教師在不同工程及學科的合理配置,并報中央校 長審批.參與員工的招聘及培訓;4. Monitor and coach the subject teachers ' daily and weekly teaching plan, Center principal to approve;

7、指導并治理學科教師制定日常及每周的教學大綱教學方案,并報中央校長審批.5. Approve selected teaching material by subject teacher, approve collected teaching material for all subject and manage it effectively;審批教師提交的教學材料并對其使用效果進行跟進;6. Timely monitor the subject teaching quality to ensure teaching quality improvements;負責教學質量的治理并采取舉措保證教學質

8、量持續提升;7. Support center principal to coordinate with overseas academic institutions;協助中央校長跟進與國外教學機構的的溝通與合作.8. Responsible for testing and marking arrangements;負責測試及評分閱卷的安排;9. Communicate and interact closely with relevant departments;負責與學校內部其他部門的溝通和配合;10. Responsible for periodical work summary and

9、produce termly and yearly report on academic.負責定期的進行學術工作總結以及學期和學年度學術報告.11. Assist to manage the introduction of new programs at delivery centers;協助中央校長進行新工程的推進;12. Support marketing and sales dept. and marketing activities and students recruitment at local center;協助市場&招生進行市場宣傳及招生活動;13. Support c

10、enter or HO with teaching assessment and program development.協助中央及總部進行教學評估及工程開展工作;任職資格要求Job Requirement:(a) Essential Requirements and Experience根本要求和經驗1) Academic qualification at post-graduate or equivalent level or relevant professional qualifications碩士研究生及以上學歷或取得同等學術或職稱資質的;2) Normally a minimum

11、of five years teaching experience and normally a minimum of three years education management experience;至少5年以上相關教學授課經驗,以及至少3年以上學術治理經驗;3) An understanding of Western and Chinese higher education system對西方和中國高等教育有深刻認知4) An understanding of international postsecondary courses as well as the needs and r

12、equirements of international students 對國際高等教育課程的熟悉以及國際學生的需求5) Experience of academic assessment and standards and of quality assurance procedures有對學術評價和標準及質量保證的經驗6) Potentials and experiences in the development of academic programs對學術工程的開展具備潛力和經驗(b) Essential Skills根本技能1) Demonstrable cross-cultural
