1、    不同柞蠶品種鮮蛹營養(yǎng)組分檢測及分析    柯皓天呂銀陳祥平范小敏劉玲 程明摘要 目的選育適合在一化性柞蠶產(chǎn)區(qū)放養(yǎng)的優(yōu)質(zhì)、高產(chǎn)、蛹絲兼用的柞蠶新品種。方法對川柞1號、川柞2號、河33、貴101及通江這5個柞蠶品種鮮蛹的主要營養(yǎng)成分、氨基酸、維生素及微量元素鋅、硒的含量進(jìn)行檢測分析。結(jié)果川柞2號鮮蛹營養(yǎng)組分綜合表現(xiàn)最優(yōu)，其中蛋白質(zhì)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為12.45%;粗脂肪質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為5.77%;氨基酸質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為9.71%，eaa/taa為40.37%，eaa/neaa為67.6%，藥效氨基酸和支鏈氨基酸含量略高于其他品種，鮮味氨基酸僅次于貴101;維生素a、b1、
