7、fe work practices保護自己也保護他人protect yourself& your fellow workers若有疑問，即刻向您的主管咨詢in doubt consult your supervisor3 開挖工程/excavation work safety進入坑洞里工作前，先確定坑洞的墻壁是否有支柱牢固地支撐著。ensure that the side of the excavation pit is properly shored before you go down to do work.在開始工作前，必須申請工作許可證。使用適當的材料將挖掘工作區域隔離防護起來

8、。并設置適當的警示標志。obtain work permit prior to commencing work. barricade all excavation areas with suitablematerials. put up suitable warning signs.在進入挖掘坑之前，確認有適當地進出通道并牢記其位置。工作時如發現支柱有任何位移現象，應立即離開坑洞并向主管報告。ensure that proper access is provided before entering any excavation and note the positionof this acce

9、ss. if you notice any shift in position of shoring, get out and report to yoursupervisors immediately.4 樁基工程/piling works safety確保據有參與工作者了解他們的工作和其危險性。 在開工前， 先確保所有的樁機和鉆機經過安全檢查。ensure all workers involved know the work and hazard involved. ensure all piling machinesand rigs are inspected before commen

10、cing work.打樁工作進行時，只有被授權的人員才可進入工作區域，并必須佩戴適當的個人防護用品。allow only authorized personnel to be around while piling is in progress and wear suitableppe.健康安全環境page 45 樁頭施工/pile hacking & cutting必須佩戴下列個人防護用品：安全帽、安全眼鏡、面罩、防塵面罩、護耳器等.safety requirement: hardhats, safety glasses, dust mask, face shield, ear mu

11、ff, and etc.6 鋼筋加工/rebar cutting & bending work只有受過培訓和授權的人員才可操作鋼筋加工設備，必須對操作區域進行隔離，合理堆放鋼筋以便有足夠通道使工人可以工作。only trained and authorized personnel are allowed to operate the machine. barricade thearea. arrange rebar with enough access way for worker to move around.主管/工程師必須在展開工作之前，制定安全工作程序以及對員工進行安全培訓。s

12、upervisors/ engineers should prepare safe work procedure and train/educate workersbefore commencement of work.7 文明現場/good housekeeping一個整齊清潔的工地是安全的工地。a clean worksite is a safe worksite.不要隨地旋轉尖銳物件，可能會造成事故。do not leave sharp objects lying around as these can cause accidents.協助保持現場整潔。help keep your wo

13、rk area tidy.良好整潔的施工環境有助于預防事故的發生。good housekeeping prevents accident.8 注意跌倒/tripping & slipping hazards注意會把人絆倒的危險性。look out for tripping hazards.hsepage5小心溜滑的危險性。beware of slipping hazards.9 電氣安全/electrical safety只有受過培訓并合格的電工才允許進行電氣操作工作。leave all electrical connection to trained and qualified el

14、ectrician.請隨時按照正確的程序操作。always use proper lockout/tagout procedures.所有現場都必須安裝漏電保護裝置，這樣一旦發生漏電，員工的生命才有保障。install earth leakage circuit breakers at all worksites. this will protect the life of workers incase of leakage.不要使用具有故障零件的電氣用具。do not use appliances with defective parts.電氣設備使用完畢后，一定要關掉電源。always s

15、witch off the power supply after using electrical equipment.10 機械安全/machinery safety所有機械都必須加有牢固的防護。不可使用危險部位外露的機器。all machinery must be securely guarded. do not use machine with exposed dangerousparts.絕對不可把手靠近機器設備的旋轉部件上，需要把木材推向圓盤鋸時，必須使用推桿。never place your hands near a machine with rotating parts. mak

16、e use of push stick whenpushing a timer across a circular blade.使用手工具前先檢查它是否完好無損。check that hand tools are in good condition before use.發現工具有故障應即刻向主管報告。report all defective tools to your supervisor.健康安全環境page 611 高空預防/prevention of falls from height不要在沒有圍欄的建筑物邊緣進行工作。do not work on edged of buildings

17、 which are not barricaded.經過檢查的腳手架方可使用。only inspected scaffold can be used!在 1.8 米或 1.8 米以上高處作業時必須有墜落防護措施。fall protection is required when working 1.8 meters of higher.佩帶所提供的安全帶，并確保扣緊。wear safety belts provided and anchor them securely.樓梯必須設有手扶欄桿。stairways should have handrails.任何地面洞口都應設有圍欄或加蓋。openi

18、ng in floors should be barricaded or covered up.12 高空墜物/beware of falling objects不要在懸吊著的物體下面走動。do not walk under suspended loads不要從高處拋擲瓦礫碎片或廢物。do not throw debris or waste materials from height.蓋好所有開口。瓦礫碎片和其它材料會從開口處掉落而傷到下面的人。cover up all openings. debris and other materials can fall through opening

19、and hurtsomeone below.13 動火作業/hot works開工前必須申請動火許可證。obtain hot work permit prior to commencing work.hsepage7詳讀、了解與遵守許可證的內容。read and understand the contents of the permit and follow.所有工作許可證者必須置于工作區域內。all permits must be posted in the work area.燒焊時必須戴上面罩并將工作區域圍起來。when welding be sure to wear hood and

20、barricade the working area.14 焊工安全須知：/welding safety檢查是否有著火的危險，以預防火災的發生。check fire hazards to prevent fire from occurring.看護人旁邊必須放置滅火器。watchman should be present with fire extinguishers.用防火材料制成防火屏防止火花噴射。confine fire spark range with fire proof sheet.在火花能噴射到的地方禁止放置易燃物品。do not place combustible materi

21、al within fire spark range.15 起重安全/lifting operation起重機操作員規范crane operator practice檢查吊索/鉤鏈。check sling wire/shackle.絕對不可提升超過吊臂所能承受的荷載的物件。never lift up load beyond rated capacity of crane.禁止進入吊裝工作區域。not allowed to enter crane operating area.健康安全環境page 8信號員必須確保使用正確的信號，保證起重機動作安全。signalman should coordi

22、nate to ensure safe lifting operation with proper signals.確保外伸支架全部伸出并穩固于地面上。make sure outrigger were fully extended and installed on firm pad.不準進入裝卸區。stand clear of loading range.可限制負荷擺動弧度的牽線。tag line restrict swinging of load.所有吊裝工作必須使用牽引繩。all loads must have a tag line inspected.16 職業保健與衛生/occupat

23、ional health & hygiene注意您的個人衛生take care of your own personal hygiene.穿上護身衣物，以避免刺激性化學品觸及皮膚。wear protective clothing to avoid skin contact with irritant chemical.在嘈雜環境中工作時戴上耳塞。put on ear plugs when you are working in a noisy environment.熟悉基本急救護理并確記急救箱的存放處。familiarize yourself with basic first-aid treatment and the location of the first-aid box.17 梯子使用/safety with ladders不要使用有故障的梯子，使用前先檢查是否穩固。do not use defective ladders. ma
