2、，越要鍛煉自己。”于是我報了名。回到家里，我就開始天天對著鏡子練習演講，不放過 一個細節(jié)。真是“臺上一分鐘，臺下十年功”。經(jīng)過我的不 懈努力，我終于能大方自然熟練地演講了。星期四下午，比賽正式開始了，我穿著漂亮的白紗裙 來到賽場。首先是高年級的大哥哥大姐姐們演講，他們演 講的十分精彩，給了我很大的壓力。馬上就要輪到我了， 我心里別提有多緊張了，手心直冒冷汗。這時，一雙溫暖 的大手搭在我的肩上，原來是老師。老師親切地對我說：“別緊張，老師相信你。”我一下子放松了許多。該我上場了，我努力克服內(nèi)心的膽怯，開始了演講。不知不覺我完全進入了狀態(tài)，大大方方地演講著。演講完 了，臺下響起了雷熱烈的掌聲，我偷
