1.Testitemsandstandards(1)Externalinspectionofturnout①Inspectionofturnoutseal:checkifthetonguerailandstockrail,frograilandwingrailarestaticmacrosealed.Afterlockingtheturnout,insertapluggaugetocheckthetipofthetonguerailtothefirsttractionpointtoallowagapof≤0.5mm,andtherestofthegapof≤1mm.②with1mmpluggaugeinsertedtocheckthetonguerailwaistandtopirongap<1mm.③turnoutcrawlcheck:checkthescale,tonguerailcrawl≤20mm.④hangingplateinspection:1mmpluggaugecanbeinsertedintothebottomofthetonguerail,indicatingthatthehangingplate;tonguerailhangingplatecannotbemorethan3piecesinarow.⑤pinabsenteeismcheck:checkthegrindingmarksontheconnectionsurfacebythepluggaugetojudge,indicatingthatthepinholeabsenteeismoftherodis≤0.5mm,andtheotherpinholeabsenteeismis≤1mm.⑥Oilpipeinspection:oilpipe,oilpipeprotectionchannelsteelandthemainandsecondarymachineconnectionwithoutoiltraces,oilpipebendingradius≥150mm,oilpipewithoutlargecrack,protectionchannelsteeliswellfixed,oilpipeoutletwithanti-frictionmeasures.高速鐵路道岔轉轍設備機械、電氣特性及測試檢修（2）外鎖閉裝置檢修①測試斥離軌的開口，第一牽引點160士5mm，第二牽引點75土5mm，第三牽引點55土3mm，心軌第一牽引點117士3mm，第二牽引點68士3mm。②檢查外鎖設備兩側的鎖閉量，符合標準，要求定反位鎖閉量一致，偏差不大于2mm。ZYJ7及外鎖道岔外鎖鎖閉深度，第一牽引點≥35mm，第二牽引點≥20mm，第三牽引點≥20mm，心軌第一牽引點≥35mm，心軌第二牽引點≥20mm。③檢查外鎖限位鐵，限位鐵與外鎖框的間隙0-3mm。檢查表示缺口，鎖閉桿桿缺口標準第一牽引點2士0.5mm，第二牽引點4士1.5mm；心軌第一牽引點2土1.5mm，斥離軌均為8土3mm。（3）轉轍機內部檢查①滾輪檢查：滾輪落下時與動作板底部不受力，用手轉動落下后的滾輪，應轉動靈活，用0.5mm塞尺插入檢查滾輪與動作板斜面的間隙≥0.5mm。②啟動片尖與速動片間隙檢查：將道岔扳動至四開，用0.3mm和1.3mm試驗片插入檢查啟動片尖與速動片的間隙，在0.3mm-1.3mm之間。用0.3mm試驗片應能插入間隙，用1.3mm試驗片不能插入間隙。High-SpeedRailroadTurnoutRuttingEquipmentMechanicalandElectricalCharacteristicsandTestMaintenance(2)Externallockingdevicemaintenance①Testtheopeningoftherepulsionofftherail,thefirsttractionpoint160±5mm,thesecondtractionpoint75±5mm,thethirdtractionpoint55±3mm,thefirsttractionpointofthefrograil117±3mm,thesecondtractionpoint68±3mm.②checkthelockingvolumeonbothsidesoftheexternallockingdevice,inlinewiththestandard,requiringthesamelockingvolumeoffixedreverseposition,deviationofnotmorethan2mm.ZYJ7andexternallockingturnoutexternallockingdepth,thefirsttractionpoint≥35mm,thesecondtractionpoint≥20mm,thethirdtractionpoint≥20mm,thefirsttractionpointofthefrograil≥35mm,thesecondtractionpointofthefrograil≥20mm.③checktheouterlocklimitiron,limitironandouterlockframeclearance0-3mm.Standardfirsttractionpointoflockingrodnotch20±5mm,thesecondtractionpoint4±1.5mm;frograilfirsttractionpoint2±1.5mm,repulsiveoffthetrackare8±3mm.(3)Internalinspectionofswitchmachine①Rollerinspection:therollerisnotunderforcewiththebottomoftheactionplatewhenitfallsdown,turnthefallenrollerbyhand,anditshouldturnflexibly,andinserta0.5mmstoppertocheckthegapbetweentherollerandtheslopingsurfaceoftheactionplate≥0.5mm.②startpiecetipandspeedpiececlearancecheck:theturnoutwrenchtofouropen.With0.3mmtestpieceshouldbeabletoinsertthegap,with1.3mmtestpiececannotbeinsertedintothegap.高速鐵路道岔轉轍設備機械、電氣特性及測試檢修2.測試周期：每月一次。3.測試方法（1）道岔外部檢查①防塵罩完好，固定良好；②道岔號碼及定位標記清晰；③轉轍機機殼無裂損、油飾完好，蛇管完好不脫落，加鎖良好；④固定螺絲緊固、油潤；⑤轉轍機外部油路無滲漏，膠管總成外露部分及與槽鋼進出口處防護設施齊全，轉角處彎曲半徑不小于150mm，進出口端應留有足夠余量以避免列車震動受力，防護管槽固定良好；膠管總成外層橡膠無較大龜裂；⑥表示桿缺口符合標準；⑦兩根內表示桿平順無張嘴，無左右偏移現象。（2）外鎖閉裝置檢修①外鎖閉裝置及安裝裝置應安裝方正、平順；轉轍機的動作桿與鎖閉桿、連結桿成一條直線，并與工務岔枕保持平行；鎖閉桿、表示桿與直股基本軌相垂直，桿件的兩端與直股基本軌垂直線的偏差應不大于10mm；轉轍機機殼側面的兩端與基本軌或中心線垂直距離的偏差不大于5mm；各種道岔拉桿水平方向的兩端高低偏差應不大于5mm（以兩基本軌工作面為基準）；②外鎖閉及安裝裝置的緊固件、連接銷、表示桿和鎖閉桿的螺母齊全、不松動，防松措施良好；開口銷齊全，劈開角度應大于60度，兩臂劈開角度應基本一致；③穿越軌底的各種桿件，距軌底的凈距離應大于10mm；④道岔轉換設備的各種桿件及導管等的螺紋部分的內、外調整余量應不少于10mm；表示桿的銷、孔曠量應不大于0.5mm，其它桿件銷、孔的曠量應不大于1mm；High-SpeedRailroadTurnoutRuttingEquipmentMechanicalandElectricalCharacteristicsandTestMaintenance2.TestcycleOnceamonth.3.Testmethod(1)Externalinspectionofturnout①Dustcoverisintactandwellfixed.
