Step1.Adjectives.

形容詞用來修飾名詞或代詞，表示人或事物的性質、狀態、和特征。

形容詞常放在句中作定語、表語或賓語補足語。

形容詞、副詞的比較級和最高級的用法：

當兩種物體之間相互比較時，我們要用形容詞或副詞的比較級；當相互

比較的物體是三個或三個以上時，我們就要用形容詞或副詞的最高級。

形容詞、副詞的比較級和最高級的變化規律：

1.單音節形容詞或副詞后面直接加-er或-est

tall—taller—tallest

fast-faster-fastest

2.以右結尾的單音節形容詞或副詞直接加Y或-st

large-larger--largest

nice-nicer-nicest

3.以-y結尾的形容詞或副詞，改-y為-i再加-er或-est

busy-busier~~busiest

early-earlier-earliest

4.形容詞或副詞是重讀閉音節時，雙寫最后的輔音字母，再加-er或-est

hot—hotter-hottest

big一bigger~~biggest

5.多音節形容詞或副詞前面直接加

more或mostdelicious—moredelicious—mostdelicious

beautiful—morebeautiful-mostbeautiful

6.不規則變化

good(well)—better-bestmany/much---more---most

Step2.形容詞的級

1.同級比較

(1).肯定句as+adj+as與,..一樣

(2).否定句notas/so+adj+as與…不一樣

2.比較級：是同類事物(或人)之間的比較

(1).形容詞比較級adj-er+than...

(2).形容詞比較級前可用alittleabitalotmuchevenfar修飾。

Mysister'shairismuch(long)thanmine.

3.比較級中的特殊結構：

A.表示“越來越...”應用,比較級+and+比較級

l.Sheis.(越來越高)

2.0urschoolis________________________.(越來越漂亮)

B.表示“越...，越…”應用：the+比較級(+句子),the+比

較級(+句子)。

l.Themoreyouspeak,mistakesyouwillmake,

C.特指兩者中的”較...”的一個。用the+比較級
