3)TheEmployeeisunabletoperformtheworkduetoillnessordisability,andtheEmployercannotarrangealternativeworkfortheEmployee.

Article5:Confidentiality

5.1BothpartiesshallkeepthebusinesssecretsandotherconfidentialinformationoftheotherpartyconfidentialduringandafterthetermofthisContract.

5.2TheEmployeeshallnot,duringandafterthetermofthisContract,engageinanyactivitiesthatcompetewiththeEmployerorcauseharmtotheEmployer.

Article6:DisputeResolution

6.1IncaseofanydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContract,bothpartiesshallendeavortoresolvethemthroughfriendlynegotiations.

6.2Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,eitherpartymayapplytothePeople'sCourtwithjurisdictionovertheEmployerfortrial.
