前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規
定起草。
本文件是GB/T30844《1kV及以下通用變頻調速設備》的第1部分。GB/T30844已經發布了以
下部分:
——第1部分:技術條件;
——第2部分:試驗方法;
——第3部分:安全規程。
本文件代替GB/T30844.1—2014《1kV及以下通用變頻調速設備第1部分:技術條件》,與
GB/T30844.1—2014相比,除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:
a)更改了文件的適用范圍,將額定輸入電壓改為交流1kV以及直流1.5kV等級及以下(見第
1章,2014年版的第1章);
b)刪除了調速設備的分類(見2014年版的第4章);
c)更改了“環境使用條件”有關的規定(見5.1,2014年版的6.1);
d)更改了“正常電氣使用條件”有關的規定(見5.2.1,2014年版的6.2.1);
e)更改了“電氣間隙和爬電距離的最小值”有關的規定(見6.2.3.3,2014年版的7.3.3.3);
f)更改了“保護功能”有關的規定(見6.5,2014年版的7.14);
g)增加了“高低電壓穿越能力”有關的規定(見6.9);
h)更改了“試驗項目”有關的規定(見7.5,2014年版的8.5);
i)更改了“調速設備銘牌標志”有關的規定(見8.1.1,2014年版的9.1)。

引言
GB/T30844《1kV及以下通用變頻調速設備》旨在規范1kV及以下通用變頻調速設備的技術條
件、試驗方法、檢驗規則和安全規程等,擬由3個部分構成。
——第1部分:技術條件。目的在于給出1kV及以下通用變頻調速設備的額定值、使用條件以及
技術要求。
——第2部分:試驗方法。目的在于給出1kV及以下通用變頻調速設備的試驗方法。
——第3部分:安全規程。目的在于給出1kV及以下通用變頻調速設備有關電氣、熱和能量等除
供電電源以外安全方面的要求。

1kV及以下通用變頻調速設備
第1部分:技術條件
1范圍
本文件規定了1kV及以下的通用變頻調速設備(以下簡稱“調速設備”)的額定值、使用條件、技術
要求、試驗項目要求及標志、包裝、運輸與貯存。
本文件適用于額定輸入電壓為交流1kV以及直流1.5kV等級及以下,額定輸入頻率為50Hz或
60Hz,輸出電壓不大于1kV,輸出頻率小于600Hz的調速設備的設計、生產和安裝。
注:交流額定輸入電壓1140V或輸出頻率大于600Hz的調速設備也通常參照本文件執行。有關的性能等要求由
制造商和用戶協商確定。
