二、課程簡介

國際經濟學是高等院校經濟類專業的核心基礎課程。國際經濟學研究稀缺資

源在世界范圍內的最優配置。其宏觀部分的內容主要有:匯率決定理論,國際收

支調節理論以及開放經濟條件下的宏觀政策調節等。

三、課程性質與教學目的

國際經濟學是高等院校經濟學專'業的基礎與核心專業課程。國際經濟學的研

究對象是國家間的經濟活動和由此產生的國際經濟關系。研究國際范圍內的資源

優化配置和國際經濟關系對資源配置的影響。本課程主要研究的是國際經濟活動

的宏觀問題。學生需要掌握以下主要內容:匯率決定理論、國際收支調節理論和

開放條件下的宏觀經濟政策協調,并能夠運用相關理論對現實中的經濟問題進行

分析,同時應了解我國的匯率制度安排,理解我國在對外經濟中所采取的相關

政策的合理性、必要性和重要性,以及這些政策和制度對我國經濟社會發展所

發揮的積極促進作用。

allocationofresources.Thiscoursefocusesonthemacroissuesofinternational

economicactivities.Studentsarerequiredtomasterthefollowingmaincontents:

exchangeratedeterminationtheory,internationalbalanceofpaymentsadjustment

theoryandMacroeconomicpolicycoordinationunderopenconditions.Students

shouldbeabletouserelevanttheoriestoanalyzetheeconomicproblemsinreality.

StudentsshouldunderstandChina*sexchangeratesystemarrangement,andthe

necessityandimporlanceofrelevantpoliciesadoptedbyChinainitsforeign

economy,andthepositiveroleofthesepoliciesandsystemsinpromotingChina's

economicandsocialdevelopment.
