softhescreedplatesareflush.Tocompensatetheupliftattheouteredgesofthescreed,thereshouldbealightsagofthescreedwhenraised.Themagnitudeofthissagdependsonthepavewidth.Thesagcanbeadjustedbywayofthebracesoverthescreed’sbasicunit.1.5Set-UpofTamperThetampershallbesettoanidenticalstrokelengthacrosstheentirepavewidth.Thesettingcanbechangedbysimplyturningtheeccentricbushontheshaftdrivingthetamperbar.Thedrivingshaftisaccessiblefrombehind,sothatthiscaneasilybedonebetweenjobsitesections.Adjustingthelowerreversalpointofthetamperbar,however,takesmoretime.First,thetampershieldsneeddemounting.Thenremovethescrewsonallshaftbrackets.Afterlooseningthelockingnut(2),thetamperbarcanbeadjustedviabolt(1).Theheighttobesetdependsonthetamperstrokeselected.1.6Set-UpofTamperShieldThetamper(3)mustbesetsothatitrestsonthewearstrip(1)acrossthefullwidth.Thenadjustthespringsteelbar(2)onthetampershieldbymeansofscrew(4)fromtherearofthescreeduntilagapof0.5-1mmisobtainedbetweentamperbarandthespringsteelbar.Releasescrews(6)andfitvarioussmallshims(5)toalignthetampershield.Withthetampershieldcorrectlyaligned,thespringsteelbar(2)isatleastparallelwiththetamperorpreferablyinclinedslightlytothefront.Checktheclearancebetweentamperandspringsteelbarandcorrect,ifnecessary.Tip!Atastrokelengthof2mm,thetamperbarshouldbeflushwiththescreedplate(checkwithyourhand).1.7Set-UpofPressureBar(s)1.Unscrewthenut(2)withanti-twistdevice(3)onthehydraulicram(1)forthepressurebar.2.Turnthehydraulicram(1)toadjusttheheightofthepressurebar.Theclearance(7)betweenpressurebarandbottomedgeofthescreedplateshouldbeatleast4mm.3.Checkthatthehydraulicramforthepressurebarmakescontactwithmetalplate(5)whenretracted.4.Setpre-tensionofspring(6)to5.5mmvianut(4)toyieldadistance(8)of59.5mm.5.Resecurethehydraulicram(3)forthepressurebar.1.8BevelIronsBevelironsshapeandcompacttheedgesofthepavement.Theyareavailablewithabeveledgeof45°and60°.Theirsizedependsonthethicknessofthelayertobepaved.Aheatingrodcanbeinstalledasanoptiontoimprovetheslidingpropertiesofthebeveliron.1.9FunctionCheckofScreedHeatingAllscreedcomponentsincontactwiththehotmixshouldbeheatedtoapprox.90°Cbeforestartingwork.Itisrecommendedtoprotectthescreedagainstexcessivelossofheattothesurroundingssothattheheatingpowercanbeutilizedeffectively,forinstancebyputtingdownthescreed,preferablyonhotmix.Asphaltmaysticktothetamperbar,screedplatesorpressurebar(s)ifthescreedtemperatureistoolow.Thiscanleadtotheformationofstripsandanirregularsurfacetexture.Thefloatingbehaviourofthescreedmayvarybeforeitreachesitsoperatingtemperature,withtheresultthatlayerthicknessmayalsovaryanddeviatefromthedesiredone.Forthe“dash2“machines,amonitoringunitforscreedheatingisavailableasanoptionalextra.Thisfeaturemonitorseachsingleheatingrodforproperfunctionandindicatesanyfaultwithoutdelay.Shouldoneofthegreenindicatorlightsextinguishoveraprolongedperiodoftime,thenthereasonmaybe:nPoorinsulationnAsymmetricalpowerconsumptionnGeneratortemperaturetoohighTip!Directlyafterswitchingonscreedheating,correctoperationoftheheatingrodscanbecheckedbycautiouslytouchingthetamperbar,screedplatesandpressurebar(s).Advantage:Afailureofheatingrodsisdetectedimmediately.Newpartscanbeprocuredwithoutdelaytopromptlyrestorethescreed‘sfullfunctionality.ParametersInfluencingthePavingProcess2.1PavingMaterialMixTemperature-Themixtemperatureshouldbeconstantandhighenoughtopreventthemixfromcoolingbeforeitislaid.-Pavingmaterialthathascooledishardertocompact.-Theloadbearingcapacityofthemix,too,dependsonitstemperature.-Feedofthepaverwithmixshallbeplannedwithaviewtoanoptimaltemperatureforpaving.GrainSize-Themaximumgrainsizeshouldnotexceed1/3ofthelayerthickness.MixComposition-Thecompositionofthemixshouldremainconstantthroughoutthepavingjob.PropertiesoftheMix-Propertiesofthemixhaveaninfluenceuponthescreed’sfloatingbehaviour.-Pavingmaterialswithahighbearingcapacityconfrontthescreedwithahigherresistancethanmaterialsofpoorbearingcapacity.-Conveyingandcompactingsystemscanbesetupinanoptimalmannertomatchthetypeofmix.2.2PavingParametersLayerThickness-Thelargerthelayerthickness,thelargerthescreedplaningangle.PaveWidth-Thefloatingbehaviourofthescreedchangesinaccordancewiththepavewidth.PaverStop-Thelongerthepaverstop,thegreatertheirregularitytobeexpectedinalongitudinaldirection.AmbientConditions-Ambientconditions,suchastemperature,caninfluencethemixandchangethefloatingbehaviourofthescreed.2.3RelationshipBetweenTamperSpeedandPaveSpeedWhilepaving,whenscreedtowpointramsarenotchangedinposition,anequilibriumofforcescomprisingpavespeed,screedweightandtamperspeedisestablished.Ifanyoneoftheseparameterschanges,thisimmediatelyaffectsthescreed‘sfloatingbehaviour.Tamperspeedandpavespeedareverystronglydependentononeanother.Anychangeinpavespeedwithoutchangingthetamperspeedandpositionofthescreedtowpointramswillaffectpre-compactionofthemix.Ifthepavespeedisincreasedwithoutsimultaneouslyincreasingthetamperspeed,theloadbearingcapacityofthemixwillbereducedandthescreedlayathinnerlayeratasteeperplaningangle.PavingwithAutomatedGradeandSlopeControlIfAutomatedGradeandSlopeControlisusedforpaving,thedesiredelevationofthescreedcanbemaintainedbyincreasingtheplanningangle,butpre-compactionwillnotremainconstant.AfterCompactionbyRollingWhentherollerpassesoverthemix,theamountofextracompactionwilldifferonaccountofvaryingpre-compactionandresultinirregularitiesinthesurface.2.4FunctionsoftheHydraulicRamsforRaising/LoweringtheScreedScreedFloatNormally,mixispavedwiththescreedinScreedFloatmode.Inotherwords,thepiston-sideandrod-sidevalvesoperatingthehydraulicramsareopenforfreeupanddownmovement.ScreedAssistIfthebearingcapacityofthemixispoor,thescreedwillnotreachthedesiredelevationevenwhensettoalargeplaningangle.TheScreedAssistfunctionallowspressuretobeappliedseparatelytotherightandleft-handhydraulicramsfrombelow.Thispressurecounteractsthescreedweightandallowsittofloatupinaccordancewiththemagnitudeofthepressure.ScreedFreezeTheScreedFreezefunctionisactivatedautomaticallyfollowingapaverstopinScreedFloatmode.Thevalvesactivatingthehydraulicramsforraising/loweringthescreedareclosedonboththepistonandtherodsides,thusbrieflysuspendingtheScreedFloatmodeinordertopreventirregularitiesinthepavementwhenresumingpaving.攤鋪機的熨平板1.1熨平板履行的功能熨平板是道路攤鋪機的工作工具,能達到均勻密實整個攤鋪寬度的攤鋪材料和生產質感密切而且水平的表面的功能。熨平板的壓縮系統,緊湊的組合到最大限度。這是為了盡量減少當達到路面的最終密度時滾動對后續壓實層厚度的影響。對于預壓實,有不同的壓縮系統可供選擇:T=振搗夯錘(偏心軸使振搗夯錘向上和向下移動)

V=振動器(振動產生的偏心作用在熨平板直角軸的運動方向)

P=壓力桿(壓力桿是液壓壓力在組合頻率68赫茲(約)和130桿的最大壓力)

P1=熨平配備1壓桿

P2=熨平配備2壓桿1.2伸縮式熨平板和螺栓擴展裝置對于所有的福格勒熨平板,都可以使用螺栓擴展裝置。福格勒熨平板的螺栓擴展系統可以很容易的得到任何所需寬度的熨平板。即使在一個大的寬度鋪路時,福格勒熨平板的工作精度仍然最高,而且可以使路面邊緣的均勻密度達到精湛的程度,當安裝螺栓擴展裝置時,必須采取護理措施,以確保熨平板的底邊是與相鄰的部位平齊,否則一個小步驟都可能使攤鋪路面或熨平規劃角度發生改變。在攤鋪機的鋪設過程中,對預壓實,表面結構和熨平板的浮動行為可以有一個消極的影響。1.3向上延伸式熨平板擴展單元基本單元擴展單元基本單元Ⅰ.擴大延伸部位,使熨平板的基本部位和熨平板的延伸部位大致水平。

Ⅱ.放松鏈來連接擴展部位的主軸,使每個主軸都可以獨立調整。

1.4.3建立固定寬度的熨平板和螺栓的擴展螺栓上的擴展配備擴大熨平板的寬度。熨平板的后緣應和整個攤鋪寬度平齊。熨平板的前緣應朝外面高出大約0.5毫米。為了防止施加混合壓力,螺栓向后方彎曲時擴展,且必須安裝水平支撐。水平支撐以和熨平板后緣平齊的方式安裝。為了彌補熨平板的外緣隆起,在熨平板提升時應該有一個輕微的凹陷。這個凹陷的大小取決于攤鋪寬度。凹陷可以以熨平板的基本裝置伸張的方式來調整。1.5振搗夯錘的設置振搗夯錘應設置一個與整個攤鋪寬度相同的行程長度。只需轉動在振搗夯錘驅動軸上的偏心軸瓦就可以改變這個設置。傳動軸是從后面接近,以便可以很容易地完成工作現場之間的作業。但是,調整振搗夯錘的較低的逆轉點需要更多的時間。首先,振搗夯錘的外殼需要拆卸。然后移動所有軸支架上的螺絲。在松開鎖緊螺母(2)后,振搗夯錘的桿可以通過螺栓(1)來調整。高度根據振搗夯錘沖程的選擇來設置的。1.6振搗夯錘外殼的設置振搗夯錘(3)必須被設置,以便它在橫跨整個寬度時依賴于消耗沉淀槽(1)。然后通過熨平板后方的螺絲(4)來調整振搗夯錘上的彈簧鋼條(2),直到振搗夯錘的桿和彈簧鋼條之間的縫隙為0.5-1毫米。松開螺絲(6),安裝各種小墊??片(5)以調準振搗夯錘。隨著振搗夯錘的調準,彈簧鋼條(2)至少平行于振搗夯錘或最好向前稍微傾斜。如果必要的話,檢查振搗夯錘和彈簧鋼條之間的間隙。注意!
