Abstract

Astheautomobileindustryisconstantlydeveloping,thedemandforhigh-performancevehiclesisincreasing,makingvehicleengineeringanimportantfieldofstudy.Thispaperfocusesonthedesignofahigh-performancevehicleusingacombinationoftheoreticalanalysisandsimulation.Thedesignprocessincludestheselectionofthepowertrain,suspensionsystem,andaerodynamicdesign.Thedesigncriteriaarebasedontheperformancerequirementsofthevehicle,suchasacceleration,topspeed,andhandling.

Theresultsofthesimulationandtestingshowthatthedesignedvehiclemeetstheperformancerequirementsandhasacompetitiveedgeinthemarket.Thestudyalsohighlightstheimportanceofintegratingdifferentsubsystemsandanalyzingtheirinteractionsinthedesignprocess,aswellastheneedforcontinuousimprovementandoptimization.

Introduction

Vehicleengineeringisamultidisciplinaryfieldthatencompassesvariousaspectsofautomotivedesignandmanufacturing.Theobjectiveofvehicleengineeringistodesignanddevelopvehiclesthatmeettheperformancerequirementsandsafetystandardswhilealsoensuringoptimalfuelefficiencyandpassengercomfort.Thedevelopmentofnewtechnologies,suchaselectricandautonomousvehicles,hasbroughtaboutsignificantchangesintheindustry,leadingtoagreaterdemandforskilledengineers.

Thispaperaimstodesignahigh-performancevehiclethatcancompeteinthemarketusingadesignapproachbasedontheoreticalanalysisandsimulation.Thefocusisontheselectionofthepowertrain,suspensionsystem,andaerodynamicdesigntomeettheperformancerequirementsofthevehicle.

Designprocess

Thedesignprocessbeginswithidentifyingtheperformancerequirementsofthevehicle,whichincludetopspeed,acceleration,andhandling.Thenextstepisselectingthepowertrain,whichincludestheengine,transmission,anddrivetrain.Thechoiceofpowertrainaffectsthevehicle'sperformance,fuelefficiency,andemissions.Forthisdesign,ahigh-performancegasolineengineandamanualtransmissionwereselected.

Thesuspensionsystemisacriticalcomponentofthevehiclethataffectsthehandlingandridecomfort.Thesuspensiondesignwasbasedonadouble-wishbonefrontandmulti-linkrearsuspensionsystem.Thesuspensioncomponentswereselectedbasedonthevehicle'sweight,performancerequirements,andridecomfort.

Conclusion
