注塑機保修條款GUARANTEECLAUSEFORINJECTIONMOLDINGMACHINETHEDEFINITIONOFThepartwhichisbrokenduetoitselfqualityanddesigndefectduringtheusingtimeandamongthedurationofour“three-warranty”duration,weguaranteetorepair;exchange,oracceptyour“Handingback”.ThewarrantyperiodforinjectionmoldingmachinesandpartsareasIn:Thewarrantyperiodisfifteen(15)monthscountingfromthedateofAbroad:Thewarrantyperiodiseighteen(18)monthscountingfromthedeparturedateattheloadingport.Thewarrantyperiodofscrewandbarrelis12Thewarrantyperiodoftenwillbe36monthsincasedefectscausedbyqualityorinappropriatedesignproblem.(Foragentsonly)Exemptfromwearingparts(pleasefindthelistasRANGEOF給，以便分析原因，改進設計，以避免今后發生類似問題。若客戶未及時將換下的零件歸還給，關于此零件的所有費用均由買方承擔。Duringourwarrantyperiod,anyparts（excepttheconsumableparts）foundtoineffectiveduringthecommonusingtimeandontheconditionthatcustomeroperatesstrictlyaccordingtotheoperationmanual,willberecedbyTEDERICofcostthebasisofF.O.B.SHANGHAI.AndthecustomerisrequestedtosendbackthedamagedpartstoTEDERIC,inordertohelpTEDERICtoyzethereasonandtomakeimprovementtoavoidthesimilarprobleminfuture.Ifcustomerdoesn’tsendbackthebrokenpartsintimetoTEDERIC,hewillberequiredtobearalltherelevantchargesofthesebrokenparts.Duringthewarrantyperiod,thecustomermaycausethenecessaryrepairsorrecementtobemadeelsewherewhichisdeemedsuitableforthepurpose.Inthatevent,thecustomershallgiveanoticeinitsdetailsinwritingtous.Inthiscase,weshallhavetherighttoverifybyourrepresentativethenatureandextentsofthedefectscominedof.EXEMPTIONSThefollowingsituationsshallbeexceptionofDamagescausedbyimproper,inadvertentorinaccurateDamagecausedbyinappropriateordefectiveworkshopfacilities(suchasceiling,floor,powersource,waterquality,etc.)AnydamageattributedtothedelayedrepairofsomeprimarylittleDamagehappenedduetothereconstructionoroverhaulofmachinebycustomerwithoutTEDERIC’sapproval.DamageresultingfromtheunreasonablecomponentofauxiliaryequipmenttoDamagecausedbyanypartsdbythecustomerDefectsanddamagehappenedtothesecond-handmachinethathasbeentothecustomerwithoutourwrittenDamagecausedbyDamagecausedbyprogressingspecialmaterialvianormalnitrideinjectionunitparts.(specialmaterialsareincludingbutnotlimitedto ylonorotherCorrosionmaterialsetc.)Thewarrantyperiodshallbestipulatedseparayincontractifspecializedscrewandbarrelisinquiredinordertoprocessspecialmaterial.Otherdefectsanddamagenotresultsfrommanufacturer’sPARTSWITHOUTHeatingSSRSSRsolidstate熱電偶及熱電偶接頭ThermocoupleandNozzle螺桿料筒因使用特殊工程塑料/回料正常磨損的不屬三包范圍Thescrewandbarrelutilizedforprocessingspecialengineeringstic/recycledmaterial有機玻璃/鋼化玻璃Organicglass/Reind機床墊腳Machineleveling-FREIGHTCHARGESOFAFTER-SALESERVICE（1）配件從公司發出的運費由公司承擔Thechargeofafter-saleservicepartsdeliveredfromTEDERICfactoryshallbebornebyTEDERIC;Deliverywayin:byexpress(packageweightwithin80kg)orlogistics.Ifotherdeliverywaysarerequired,thechargeswillbebornebythebuyer.Deliverywaytoabroad:bysea.Ifotherdeliverywaysarerequired,thechargeswillbebornebythebuyer.Thechargeofdeliveryforafter-salesservicecomponentsbacktoTEDERICshallbebornebythebuyer.EXEMPTIONSTEDERICshallbenotresponsibleforalltheloss(directorindirect,includingbutnotlimitedtotime,benefitsandproductionetc.)resultingfrommaintenance.二 機器安裝調TESTINGOFNEW所有機型調試：實行服務，包括：技術人員服務費和差旅津貼，以及公司往返客Allmachineinstallation:chargeservices,including:technicalengineerservicesandtravellingallowance,transportationfee(round-triptrain,airandbustickets).TECHNICALSUPPORTSeverequalityaccidentduringthewarrantyTEDERICshallimmediayarrangetechniciantocustomerforsurveyfracturereasonsinthecircumstanceofmold/tie-bar/injectionseat/thrustbreakage.員帶相關的配件到客戶處更換（商處的服務人員需協助作業）TEDERICshallarrangetechniciantocustomerwithrelevantcomponentsundertheconditionofmalfunctioncausedbyconfigurationnotmatchwiththetechnicalrequirements(assistancefromagentrequired).TEDERICshallchargeifneedtechnicalsupportsfromTEDERIC,notincludingseverequalityaccident.TEDERICwillchargesfortheserviceofthemachineoverwarranty商由于以上原因需要公司派員技術支持服務必須以OA形式填寫派員申請ApplicationinOAshallbesubmittedbyagentwhoisinneedoftechnicalsupportfromTEDERICforalltheabovereasons.服務標Theservicecharge modationandtravelexpensesoutofshallbebornebythecustomer（ modationconditionoverseasshallnotbeinferiortotwo-starstandardho）三、商工作AGENT商的工作人員去客戶工廠服務，必須統一著裝公司的工作衣、鞋、帽，由商統一，每個商每年至少兩套。TheserviceengineersofagentmustbeunifiedTEDERICoveralls(includingclothes,shoes,caps)whichshallbepurchasedbytheagent,atleast2setsuniformsforeach ￥50Uniform:summerear:￥50/pc,autumnwear:Shoes:￥100/１．三包件的申請，必須形式報告發送郵件到s 郵箱（客戶名稱/機器型號、編號、出廠日期/故障原因/三包件型號、附上/以及三SparepartsapplicationforWARRANTYshallbemailedtos .comorafter-salesservicesmanagerviaOAmailboxinwritten(customername/machinemodel,serialnumber,productiondate/thecauseoftheproblem/modelofcomponent,photo/anddeliveryaddress.).每月的一號商必須將上個月公司發到客戶處的所替換的三包件，清點匯總打包發回公司。每個三包件必須貼上：客戶名稱、機器型號、編號、故障原因，以及匯總成Onthefirstdayofeachmonth,theagentshallcount,packanddeliverythecomponentswhichhavebeensendfromTEDERICduringpreviousmonth,eachpackshallbelabelled:customername/machinemodel,serialnumber,productiondate/thecauseoftheproblem,alldatashallbesummarizedinsheetandE-mailtoafter-salesservicesmanager.(TEDERICreservetherighttochargethesparepartswhichtherecementcomponentshadnotbeensendbacktoTEDERICtimely)五、商服務備THEAGENTSERVICESPARETheannualturnover≤5millionCNY,TEDERICwillarrange10,000CNYasservicesparepartsfortheagent;5million＜theannualturnover
