Thepurposeofthisprocedureistopreventproductmixupsandwrongusinginallstagesfrommaterialreceivingtoproductdistribution,usingappropriatemethodtoidentifytheproductanditsstatussoastoachievethetraceabilityofproduct..本程序適用于從原材料入庫、生產過程、檢驗和試驗過程到成品交付各階段產品的標識控制和可追溯性控制。

Thisprocedureisapplicableforidentificationandtraceabilitycontrolofallproductrealizationstagesfrommaterialreceiving,inprocessproduction,inspectionandtestuntilproductdistribution.質量部負責本程序的起草修訂。

Finishedproducta.確定為合格的產品，該批產品的每一單個外包裝上貼上合格證，然后倉管員將產品放入合格品區；Forthequalifiedproduct,the“QualifiedLabel”shallbeattachedontheeverypackageofmaterial,thenwarehousepersonalwillputtheninqualifiedarea.b.確定為不合格的，其每一單個外包裝上需貼上不合格證，倉管員將產品放入不合格品區，并進行隔離；Fortheunqualifiedproduct,“DisqualifiedLabel”shallbeattachedtoeverypackageofthisbatch,andthenwarehousepersonalshallisolateittodisqualifiedarea.5.3.2過程產品的狀態標識方法：Identificationforprocessproduct5.3.2.1工序產品由生產部對生產的產品的進行過程自檢，然后：Manufactureoperatorsshallself-checktheprocessproduct,andthen,各車間的產品經自檢確認合格后，裝入相應的容器，并在相應的容器上予以標識。Forthequalifiedproductthroughself-inspection,itwillbeputintherelatedcontainerandthenidentified.將不合格品放入貼有紅色“不合格品”字樣的容器內；Forthenonconformityproduct,itwillbeputinthecontainerwith“Disqualified”labeled.5.3.3最終產品的標識方法：Identificationforfinishedproduct5.3.3.1倉庫將包裝好的產品接收至成品接收區；倉庫對接收后的成品每托進行包膜，并在每托上貼上一張待驗證。Warehousepersonnelwillputitinquarantinearea,thenpackeverypalletwithmembranes,andattachthe“Quarantine”labeloneverypallet.5.3.3.2質量部對最終產品檢驗后：WhenthetestingfinishedbyQA,a.確定為合格產品的，將該批產品的待驗證換成合格證。Forthequalifiedproduct,the“Quarantine”willbereplacedwith“Qualified”labelforeverypallet.b.確定為不合格的，將該批產品的待驗證換成不合格證，倉管員將產品放入不合格品區，并進行隔離；Fordisqualifiedproduct,the“Quarantine”labelwillbereplacedwith“Disqualified”label,warehousepersonnelwillalsoisolatedtheminthedisqualifiedarea.5.3.3對于召回/退回的產品，無法馬上確定處理的產品，倉管人員應將該些物品放在召回/退回區域等待最終的處理。Fortherecalledandreturnedproductwhichcan’tbedeterminedthefinaldisposalrightaway,warehousepersonnelwillputtheseproductin“Recalled/ReturnedProduct”areaandwaitingforfinaldisposal.5.4檢驗和試驗狀態標識的保護Protectofinspectionandtestingstatusidentification5.4.1非質保部人員確認不得擅自移動或更改產品檢驗和試驗狀態標識；如需移動需得到質保的確認。Inspectionandtestingstatusidentificationcan’tberemovedorchangedbythepersonnelwithoutconfirmationofQA,thestatusidentificationchangeshallbeconfirmedbyQA.5.4.2如在搬運過程中丟失或損壞了標識，則應立即報告質量部，并采取補救措施。Ifthestatuslabelmissedduringtransition,itshallbereporttoQAandtakeactionasremedy.對原材料、過程產品、成品以批為單位追溯，對應相應的批號。具體批號原則見《批號的編制程序》。

Thematerial,processproduct,finishedproductcanbetracedbybatchwithrelatedbatchnumber.DetailsseeSOP20-0086‘Batch/lotNumberingProcedure’.追溯方法可通過相應的記錄實現追溯，如收貨入庫記錄、發貨記錄、批記錄、檢驗記錄等。
