Abstract:inrecentyears,asChina"ssocialistmodernwillthecontinuousdevelopmentofeconomicconstruction,andofregionaleconomicaldevelopmentoftransportationdemandfortheincrease,moreandmoreofthehighwayengineeringarebuildingoralreadyputintouse.Inourcountry"smodernhighwayconstruction,asphalthighwayconstructionarebroadscope,withshorttime,intosmall,convenientmaintenanceandotheradvantages,butinspecificconstructionofroadsurfaceroughnessisindustryandsocietyinthehotissues,andalsooneoftheimportantqualitycontrolinspectionpavementindexes.Thispaperfocusesontheanalysisoftheasphaltpavementconstructionintheflatnessoftheinfluencefactors,andputforwardimprovingtheasphaltpavementflatnessimprovementmeasures.

Inourcountry"smodernhighwayprojectconstruction,forthequalityofconstructionprojectshavehigherstandardsandrequirements.Thequalityofhighwayprojectsdon"tbuttheimpacttoroadusefixednumberofyear,anddirectlyrelatedtoroadsafetycoefficientandrelatedperformanceindicators.Inrecentyears,ourcountrythehighwayengineeringqualityandsafetyaccidentsoccurfrequently,thebasicreasonisthatitisdifficulttoachievetheconstructionqualityrelatedinspectionstandards.Theasphaltpavementconstruction,roadsurfaceroughnessnotonlyreflectengineeringquality,butalsofortheparametersofstabilityandcomfortalsoproducecertaineffect[1].Intheconstructionofasphaltpavementroughnessisacomprehensiveindex,itinvolvestheconstructiontechnology,processandmaterial,mechanical,andotherlinks.Therefore,intheasphaltpavementconstructioninmustpayattentiontotheconstructionofthedetailofthemasterandmanagement,andtherelatedfactorsaffectingtheanalysisandconclusionofthesystem,andthentomaketheeffective,rationalandscientificimprovementmeasures.

A,theinfluencefactorsoftheconstructionofasphaltpavementroughness

Intheasphaltpavementconstructioninourcountry,theroadunevenproblemisoftenappear,isalsofacingconstructionunitofoneofthekeytechnicalproblem.Throughtotheourcountrypresentstageasphaltpavementconstructionprocessanalysiscanbeconcludedthatinfluencetheasphaltpavementroughnessfactorisinmanyaspectsofperformance,mainperformanceintheconstructionoftheapplicationsofthemachinery,technology,process,etc.

(a)theroadbedunevensettlement

Theasphaltpavementconstruction,embankmentisthefoundationofpavementconstruction,ifappearoftheasphaltpavementsubgradeunevensettlement,willinevitablyleadtothesettlementofroad,roadtoleveloff.Therefore,intheasphaltpavementconstruction,roadbedunevensettlementisroadlevelinginfluencetheimportantinfluencefactors,ismustbeattached.Theasphaltpavementconstruction,theroadbedsubsidencecausedbyunevensurfacedepressionoftenisoppositebigger,whichledtothewholeoftheroadsurfaceunevennessfarlessthanthedesignrequirementsandtestingstandard[2].Theasphaltpavementconstructionintheroadbedappearunevensettlementcanberoughlydividedintotwokindofsituations:1,thenaturalgroundbecauseofsubgradebearingcapacityisinsufficient,undertheactionofdeadweightinroadbedsubsidencecausedbyortothesidecausedbyextrusion;2,thecompressionofsubgradesettlementitself.Inaddition,inthelinkoftheasphaltpavementsubgradetreatmentduetoincorrectfillingmaterials,fillingmethodisnotreasonablefactor,thatis,theroadtoalevelofthephenomenontoappeargenerally,whichledtotheasphaltpavementappearedawiderangeofsubsidenceandheavyshrink.

(2)roadpavingmachineryandpavingtechniqueselectionisnotreasonable

Inthepresentstageofourcountryintheconstructionofasphaltpavement,theroadsurfacelayerconstructionoftenneedstoapplicationandotherlargepavermachinery.Atpresent,thedomestichaveproductionandrelatedmechanicalequipmentabilitypavermanufacturerofmore,mechanicalmodel,specificationandperformanceandqualityalsoeacharenotidentical,theconstructionunitsinthechoiceofpavernotonlytocombinedwithengineeringconstructionwhenthecost,andfullyconsideringtheconstructionoftheprojectlocationenvironment,hydrology,climateandothernaturalconditions,andthenchoosestructureparameters,theperformancegood,stablesteadyspeedevenmechanicalequipment[3].Inaddition,thechoiceofpaverandpavingtechniquetoadapt,atpresentdomesticasphaltpavementisunevenandthephenomenonofthepavingtechniqueselectionoftheirrationalhastheverybigrelations.Pavingprocessiscommonlyaccordingtotheestablishedontheprocessand,ifpavingtechnologicalproblemsoperatingproceduresnotreasonable,andsuchshortcomingsisnotstandard,willcausetheasphaltpavementconstructionintheproduceerrors,leadtotriggerroadpavingappearedin"hemilateralpan"or"wave"isuneven.

(3)constructionteamsenseofresponsibility,detailqualitycontrolislax

Alongwiththerapiddevelopmentoftheindustryofhighwayconstruction,highwayconstructionunitofalargepresenceasthepartsofthehighwayconstructionunitinthemanagementexperience,constructiontechnology,operationlevel,therearesomedrawbacks,especiallytheconstructionteamsenseofresponsibilityandtheproblemsarecommoncausestheasphaltpavementunevenimportantobjectivefactors.Theasphaltpavementconstruction,roadsurfaceroughnessonthemanagementneedsnecessaryconstructiontechnicalsupport,needmoreconstructionpersonnelinstrictaccordancewiththeconstructionprocessoperation,andstrictlycontrolthedetailcontrolthequality.Inaddition,inthecurrenthighwayprojectmanagementmechanism,lackofeffectiveforconstructionteammanagementstandards,andhardtointohascertainoftheindustrystandardsetspecificinspectionandindex,allofthisisaheartnotstrongresponsibilityconstructionteamoftheimportantfactors.Partoftheconstructionteamisonlytheexperiencewiththeoriginalasphaltpavementconstruction,tonewtechnology,newmachinesandnewprocessreferenceandresearchconceptisnotstrong,andleadtotheasphaltpavementconstructionisunevenphenomenontime,alotofthehighwayengineeringqualityandtriggergreatlydecreased,affectthehighwayengineeringusefixednumberofyearanddrivingsafety.

Theasphaltpavementconstruction,rollinghomeworkwhetherreasonablefortheeffectofroadroughnessisveryimportant,theconstructionqualitycontrolandmanagementisoneofthekeylinks.TheasphaltpavementconstructionofRCCassignmentsarerelativelycomplex,involverollingmachineselection,rollingspeed,temperature,line,orderandsoonvariousfactors.Atpresent,inthedomesticasphaltpavementconstruction,theconstructionunittoreducecostindifferentprojectsoftenchoosethesamerollingmachine,butdonotconsidertherollingmachinemodel,thefrequency,amplitudeandperformancerequirements,thisiscausetheasphaltpavementappearednotleveloffisthekeyfactor.Intheconstructionofasphaltpavementofrollingassignments,forrollingspeedbutalsoreasonablecontrol,topressure,thecomplexpressure,atthebeginningoftheendofrollingspeedlinkssuchaspressuretomakedifferentadjustment[4].Inaddition,somedomesticasphaltpavementconstruction,theconstructionunitdidn"tpayattentiontothetemperatureoftheRCC,line,orderdetailssuchasproblems,buttotakewakingrollingprocess,andleadtotheasphaltpavementconstructioninthechap,protrudingsunken,appearwaves,andproductionofthewheeltrackisdifficulttorepairanddealwiththeproblemofflatness.

(5)inthetreatmentofthejunctureisnotreasonableoperatingcommon

Theasphaltpavementconstruction,junctureistograsptheprocessingandcontrolpavementroughnessofthecriticalprocess,theroadtothephenomenonoftheflatandtheinfluence.Inthedomesticpartialasphaltpavementconstruction,asinjunctureplacenotcleanedcompletelyundertheconditionofthejointlineconstruction,causingittoopentotrafficintheasphaltpavementjointsafteraperiodoftime,thephenomenonsuchasoccurrenceblowoutbumps.

Second,theasphaltpavementconstructionintheflatnessimprovementmeasures

WithChina"shighwayconstructionindustrydevelopment,andnewconstructiontechnology,process,mechanicalequipmentappearceaselessly,forasphaltpavementconstructionqualityliftinguptotheobjectiveauxiliaryfunction,butalsoreflectsthemodernhighwayconstructionindustryinnovationdevelopmentandtheprogressofscienceandtechnologydevelopmentroute.Intheasphaltpavementconstructionprocess,theconstructionunittosecurecost,timelimit,andonthebasisofformulationandimplementationstrengthentheasphaltpavementconstructionintheflatnessimprovementmeasures,andthenrealizetheuseoftheasphaltpavementperformanceandsafetycoefficientsreachorexceedthestaterelatedinspectionstandard,promotedomestichighwayconstructionindustrytechnologyinnovation,managementtheimportantsignificanceofascension.

(a)payattentiontotheroadbedcompactiondegreeofeachlayerandsurfaceflatness,foroverallflatnessprovidegoodfoundation

Fromthesubgradeconstructionbegan,beabouttochoosetherightassubgradefilling,strictlyaccordingtoregulatethegroundtreatment,afterfillingthelayer,layerrolling,controltheroadbedcompaction,duetotheembankmentsettlementcausedbyunevenpavement,especiallythebridgeinfillingroadbedbyboard,ofteneasytoattractlargesettlement.Anotherroadconstruction,inadditiontocontrolthedegreeofcompactionoutside,stillneedtopayattentiontocontroltheeverylayerflatness,especiallyintheconstructionofasphalt,asphaltroadsurfacecapablebecauseconstruction,oftenisthebalancebeampavermakelevelofconstruction,thebalancebeamprincipleofworklimits,bearingtheflatnessofthefollowingtoolarge,beyondtherating,alayeronconstruction,can"teliminateall,easytocausealayerontheflatnessispoor,don"tevenqualified,causingrework.

(2)strengtheningtheconstructionmachineryequipmentfortherequirementandmanagement

Theasphaltpavementconstructioninthemechanicalequipmentrequirementsofrelativelyhigh,theasphaltpavementroughnessstandorfallandmechanicalcondition,theperformancehastheverybigrelations,ifdoesnothavethehighperformanceofthemixing,paving,rollingequipment,isunabletoachievetherequiredstandardofsmoothness.Firstproductioncapacityofasphaltpavers,shouldnotbelowerthanthepavingcapacity,about5%higherthanthebestpavingcapacity;Secondtransportvehiclestoenough,makesurenottobecauseoftransportpaver,stoporslowdownbyandothermaterials,paverfrequentstartandnotmovingforwardthesmoothnessoftheroadcancauseseriousadverseinfluence;Againwithautomaticequipmentrequirementspavingcross-sectionalslopecontrol,automaticmakeleveldevice,bringtheirownvibrationrammer,finallytostrengthenthemechanicalequipmentmaintenance,andtohaveabackupmachinery,avoidpavingrollingprocessformechanicalfailurecausedtheseamsofthepeople.

(3)payattentiontothequalityoftheasphaltpavementforRCCcontrol

RCCconstructionofasphaltpavementisthekeyprocessandensurethesmoothnessofasphaltpavementconstructionimportantlink.Inordertoreducerollermaterials,crimpedbeforepush,rolling,rollershouldbytheroadsidepressuretotheroad,andfromlowtothesideorriseslopedirectionrolling,therollereverytimefor25to30cmoverlap[6].Intheflatsectionsrollingshoulddrivewheelswillnearpaver,drivenpulleybehind;Inthesteepslopesectionsrolling,safeguardsthedrivenpulleyshouldalwaystowardpaverdirection,thatisdrivenpulleybefore,thedrivewheels,andpayattentiontorollinglineandshallnotbesuddenlychangedirection,lestmakethemixtureproducedorhairgoesoncrack.Inadditionrollercompactionmustbeuniform,andshouldsnotbetoofast,accordingtothenumberofpaverequippedwithadequateroller,vibrationfrequencyandtheamplitudeoftherollerparametersmaynotarbitrarilychange,forbiddeninturn,theworkingplanerollerbrakeandfaststarts,endsthepositionbackinshapeofaflightofstairsforwardwithpaver.

(4)dotheseamsoftheroadsurfacetreatment

Intheendtheconstruction,neartheendofpaverbeforeabout1mplacewillbealittlescreedliftdroveawayfromthescene,artificialshovelafterrollingtogether,and3mattheendoftherulercheckflatness,pavinglayertorulerfrompointforboundaries,withcuttingmachinecutseam,nexttimebeforeconstructionwillberemovedallwasteonbesmearclearstickyoillayercontinueagaintopavingmixture,realtimeinadditiontothenormalpressurelongitudinalrolling,stillneedwillrolleracrossseamsrolling1-2times.Inadditiontoflatnessdetectioninstrumentthroughtheanalysisfoundthatthestandorfallofjointsofthewholehasagreatinfluenceontheflatness,theconstructionshouldbeextendedasfaraspossibleforthecoolieinordertoreducejuncture.

(5)theconstructionattentiontrafficcontrol

Afterthecompletionoftheconstruction,shouldimplementthetrafficcontrol,incasethevehiclepollutionorbrakeinfluencepavementroughness.
