andtheexpansionjointstoaddenoughoil;inspectionofliftingmechanismpositionandlimitdevicereliability.檢查設備運行情況,給各傳動部位加注潤滑油;緊固傳動軸的聯結螺絲,給十字軸和伸縮節加足油;檢查升降機構的位置及限位器的可靠性。Anticorrosionepoxypowdercoating,adhesive,polyethylenetheirqualityshallmeetthespecifications,andthroughinspectionandacceptance.防腐用的環氧粉末涂料、膠粘劑、聚乙烯其質量應滿足規范要求,并經過檢查驗收。Barepipetube裸管上管Accordingtotheproduction,taskorderstopipetransporttubeontheplatform.根據生產任務單將鋼管轉運到上管平臺。Inspectionoftheappearancequalityofsteelpipe,toseeifthereareanyextrusiondeformation,scratchesandotherdefects,suchastimelytomakeamark,putitsmaterialunqualifiedareaorrepairarea.檢查鋼管的外觀質量,察看有無擠壓變形、碰傷等缺陷,如有及時作出標記,將其放到材料不合格區或修復區。Blastcleaning拋丸除銹Rustmustbecheckedandclearedbothinsideandoutsidethepipesurfacegreasydirt,burrs,attachmentandotherimpurities.除銹前必須檢查并清除鋼管內外表面的油污、毛刺、附著物等雜質。Pipesurfacetemperatureisbelow3℃steelpipemustbeheatedto40~60℃,thenthepipeuniformthroughthede-rustingmachine,de-rustinggradereachesGB/T8923-88standardSa2.5grade,theanchorlinestoadepthof50-75μM.鋼管表面溫度低于3℃時鋼管要加熱到40-60℃,然后將鋼管勻速通過除銹機,除銹等級達到GB/T8923-88標準的Sa2.5級,錨紋深度達到50-75μm。Rustafterplacementof4hoursormoreorreturnstainlesssteelpipesneedtorust.除銹后放置4小時及以上或返銹鋼管須要重新除銹。5.1.43PEtoppipe3PE上管Onthefronttubeinadeposition-managementplatforminspectionandremovalofsteelpipewithinnerandoutersurfaceoftheburr,dustandotherimpurities.Ifdefectstoreturnmaterialunqualifiedareaorrepairarea.上管前在存管平臺上檢查并去除鋼管內外表面的毛刺、灰塵等雜質。如有缺陷返回材料不合格區或修復區。Thepasteevenlyintheprotectivepaper<100mmwidth>,andonitsleftsideof10mmwidedon'tspreadthepaste;andthentheprotectivepaperformationattachedtothepipeend,notenosmearpastesideatadistanceofnozzleinner.將漿糊均勻涂抹在防護紙〔100mm寬上,并在其一側留10㎜寬不要涂漿糊;然后將防護紙平整貼附在鋼管管端,注意沒有抹漿糊的一側在距管口的內側。Thepipeintothepipepullingdevice,throughthetubeisputintothetransmissionlinesteelpipe;pipeandnozzledistanceascloseaspossibleto,payattentiontothegoodjoint.將管放到拔管器上,通過拔管器把鋼管放到傳動線上;上管時前后管口的距離盡量靠近,注意對好接頭。Beforethestartofproductionprocessinatimelyandcleardrivingwheelonthedust,debris.開工前和生產過程中及時清理傳動輪上的灰塵、雜物。5.1.5Intermediatefrequencyheating中頻加熱Startthecoolingwaterpressurepump,checkiftheheaterwateroutletpipeofthewatercoolingsystemineachcasewhetherthereisabnormal.起動冷卻水加壓泵,檢查中頻加熱器冷卻系統每個出水管的出水情況是否有異常。Startingthedriveline,steelpipetomoveuniformly.啟動傳動線,讓鋼管勻速前進。Startfrequencyheater,slowlyrotatingheatingpoweradjustmentknob,thesteeltemperatureto200-220℃,foratleast30minutesretestonce.啟動中頻加熱器,緩慢旋轉加熱功率調整旋鈕,將鋼管溫度加到200-220℃內,至少30分鐘復測一次。Afterworktostopandstartinreverseorder.工作完畢時停止過程與啟動順序相反。5.1.6Drydusting噴粉Afterheatingthesteelpipeintothespraybox,openthesprayingequipment;accordingtothepipesizeidentifyopenequipmentnumber.ThecoatingthicknesstoachievetherequirementsinTable1;coatingonthesurfaceofasteelpipetobeuniform.加熱后的鋼管進入噴涂箱后,打開噴涂設備,根據鋼管的大小確定打開的設備數量。使涂層厚度達到表1要求;涂層在鋼管表面要均勻。Apressureofnotmorethan0.1MPa,twopressuresshallnotexceed0.05MPa.一次氣壓不宜超過0.1MPa,二次氣壓不宜超過0.05MPa。Table1表1SteelpipeDN<mm>鋼管公稱直徑Epoxypowdercoating環氧粉末涂層<μm>Adhesivecoating膠粘劑涂層<μm>Minimumthicknessofanticorrosivecoating防腐層最小厚度〔mmOrdinarygrade普通級〔GStrengthengrade加強級〔SDN≤100>80170-2501.82.5100<DN≤2502.02.7250<DN<5002.22.9500≤DN<8002.53.2DN≥8003.0Adhesive,PEwinding膠粘劑、PE纏繞Accordingtothepipesizeandthetransmissionlinespeedregulationofthespeedofextruder,cross-linkingagent,polyethylenethickness<coatingthicknessgaugetest>accordingtotable1control:根據鋼管的大小和傳動線的速度調節好擠出機的轉速,膠聯劑、聚乙烯層厚度〔用涂層測厚儀檢測按表1控制:Ensurethatthethicknessofthecoating,controlofseamwidthof15±5㎜.保證防腐層厚度,控制壓縫寬度15±5㎜。Afterworkintimetoclearupthepowder,spraygunandthepipeline,topreventfouling,prepareforthenextuse.工作完畢及時清理好出粉器、噴槍及管道,防止其結垢,為下次使用做準備。Intheanticorrosionlayerintermediateforbiddenhavingvoidsandbubbles.在防腐層中間嚴禁有空洞和氣泡產生。5.1.8Thecuttinghead、coolingandlowerpipe割頭、冷卻和下管FinishcoatingofsteelpipeinthecoolingmustbeclearedbeforeenteringonthejointofPElayerandcross-linkingagent.做完防腐層的鋼管在進入冷卻前必須清理掉接頭上的PE層及膠聯劑。Coolingwatertoslowlyandevenlyflowintothepipe,cannothavewatershockpoint.冷卻水必須緩慢均勻地流到鋼管上,不能有水激點產生。Controloftransmissionspeedinthepipe,tubeandpipebeforeundocking,timeoutjoint,preventthecardinthetransmissionlinesqueezebadsemi-finishedtubemadeofaccidents.控制好下管的傳動速度,在下管前脫開前后鋼管,及時取出接頭,防止卡在傳動線上擠壞半成品管造出成事故。Semi-finishedpipedowntotheplatformwhenacollisionbetweenbeforeandafterthepipeisstrictlyprohibited.半成品管下到平臺上時嚴禁前后鋼管之間碰撞。5.1.9Semi-finishedproductinspection半成品檢測Electricsparkdetectorbytherootofleakdetectionshouldbenoleakage;singletubehas2or2ofthefollowingpoints,makingmarkaccordingtotheprovisionsintheleakpatch;therearemorethan2orasinglepointintheaxialdirectionisgreaterthan300mmthetubeisnotqualified,exitpipeplatform,storedseparatelytopeelprocessing.用電火花檢漏儀逐根進行漏點檢測應無漏點;單管有2個或2個以下漏點時,在漏點處作出標記按規定修補;有2個以上或單個漏點在軸向大于300mm時該管為不合格,退出下管平臺,單獨存放進行剝皮處理。Usingmagneticthicknesstesterformeasuringcircumferencedirectionanduniformdistributionofthefourpointsofthethicknessofthecoating,theresultshallbeasspecifiedinTable1,eachsuccessivebatchshouldbecheckedatleastfirst,5,10steelanti-corrosionlayerthickness,aftereach10measuringatleastonce,ifthedeviationoftimelyfeedbacktotheoperationstation,inordertomakethecorrespondingadjustment.采用磁性測厚儀測量鋼管園周方向均勻分布的四點的防腐層厚度,結果應符合表1的規定,每連續生產批至少應檢查第1、5、10根鋼管的防腐層厚度,之后每10根至少測一次,如有偏差及時反饋給操作臺,以便作出相應的調整。Appearanceinspection,thepolyethylenelayersurfaceshouldbesmooth,nobubbles,noanesthesia,nowrinkles,nocrack,coloruniformity.外觀檢查,聚乙烯層表面應平滑、無暗泡、無麻點、無皺折、無裂紋,色澤應均勻。Coatingadhesiontest,every4hoursatleastattwotemperaturesmeasuredonceeachpumping.防腐層粘結力的檢測,每4小時至少在兩個溫度下各抽測一次。Coatingperformanceindicatorsareasfollows:防腐層性能指標如下:Pipeendtreatment管端處理Semi-finishedproducttestingqualifiedanticorrosiontubeorpipebevelingmachinetoberepaired,withremovaloftubeendpartsofthepolyethylenelayer,thepipeendreservedlength100-150mm.半成品檢測合格的防腐管或待修復管,用坡口機去除管端部位的聚乙烯層,管端預留長度100-150mm。Thepolyethylenelayerendchamferingisequaltoorlessthan300andahair.聚乙烯層端面倒角等于或小于300并打毛。Endofthetubeaftertreatmenttorepairpiperepair,repairaftercheckagainthepipeisqualified.對管端處理后的待修復管進行修復,修復完后再次檢查該管是否合格。Ifqualifiedtoenterthenextprocess,otherwiseexitpipeplatformindividuallystacked,peelingprocess.如果合格進入下道工序,否則退出下管平臺單獨堆放,進行剝皮處理。5.2.1Package、sprayandmarking打包、噴涂標識Qualifiedanticorrosiontubeinthelengthdirectionbinding4rope,eachlessthan10laps;fastened,cannotloosen;payattentiontostaggerthepositionofmarking.合格的防腐管在長度方向綁扎4道草繩,每道不少于10圈;綁扎緊固,不能松開;注意錯開標識位置。Inspectionofqualifiedanticorrosionpipefromthepipeendlocatedabout400mmmarkedontheproductmarks,includingthespecificationsofsteelpipes,pipenumber,anti-corrosion,anti-corrosionlayerstructuremodelnumber,gradeofanticorrosion,executivestandard,manufacturername,productiondate.檢驗合格的防腐管在距管端約400mm處標上產品標志,包括鋼管規格、鋼管編號、防腐編號、防腐層結構型號、防腐等級、執行標準、生產廠名、生產日期。Withqualificationcertificateincludingproductionfactoryname,address,productname,productspecifications,coatingstructure,rankofanticorrosioncoating,anticorrosivecoatingthickness,inspectornumber.隨帶的合格證包括生產廠名、廠址,產品名稱,產品規格,防腐層結構,防腐層等級,防腐層厚度,檢驗員編號等。5.2.2Finishedproducttransportstowage成品轉運堆碼Fromtheworkshoptransportfreightyardisforbiddenduringcollisiondraganticorrosionpipe.從車間轉運到貨場過程中嚴禁碰撞拖拉防腐管。Stackanticorrosionpipeatthebottomofthetwo<ormore>supportingpad,distanceis4-8M,supportingtheminimumwidthof100mm,anti-corrosionpipeatthebottomofthegroundshallnotbelessthan100mm.堆放時防腐管底部采用兩道〔或以上支墊墊起,間距為4-8m,支墊的最小寬度為100mm,防腐管底部離地面不得少于100mmExtrudedpolyethyleneanticorrosionpipestackinglayersshouldaccordwithtable2:擠壓聚乙烯防腐管堆放層數要符合下表2:3PEanticorrosionpipeopenstoragetimenotmorethanoneyear,morethanayearinopaquecoveringonanticorrosionpipetosupport.3PE防腐管露天存放時間不能超過一年,超過一年的要用不透明遮蓋物對防腐管加以護。Table2表2公稱直徑DN<mm>DN<200200≤DN<300300≤DN<400400≤DN<600600≤DN<800DN≥800Stackinglayers堆放層數≤10≤8≤6≤5≤4≤3Heatshrinkabletapeanticorrosiveconcretesteps熱收縮帶防腐具體步驟6.1Constructionpreparation施工準備Personneltrainingandtechnicaldisclosure人員培訓、技術交底Anticorrosivematerialpurchasing、approachingandinspection防腐材料采購、進場報驗Anticorrosivespecialtoolpreparation防腐專用工具準備6.2Surfacetreatment表面處理Theuseofsandblastingequipmentforpipecleaning,thesandblastingprocess,pipesurfacetemperatureshouldbeabovethedewpointtemperature.Whentheweatheriswet,thefirststeelwasheatedto50℃andrust.SandblastingsurfaceshouldbeatleastSa2?Stage<metalsurfaceshouldbenovisibledirt,grease,scale,rustandpaintcoatingandotherattachments,anyresidualtracesshouldonlybespottedorstripedslightdiscoloration>,threadingdepthof50~90μM.使用噴砂設備對管口進行清理,在噴砂的過程中,管口表面的溫度應在露點溫度以上。天氣潮濕時,先將鋼管預熱到50℃再進行除銹。噴砂除銹后表面至少應達到Sa2?級〔金屬表面應無可見的油脂、污垢、氧化皮、鐵銹和油漆涂層等附著物,任何殘留的痕跡應僅是點狀或條紋狀的輕微色斑,錨紋深度50~90μm。Weldingmouthonbothsidesoftheanticorrosivelayerwhichslopes,andthesandclothorsteelwirebrushtothethermalcontractionbeltjointgrindingroughness.將焊口兩側的防腐層修成斜坡,并用砂布或鋼絲刷將熱收縮帶的搭接部位打磨粗糙。6.3Pipepreheating管體預熱Coatingprimer,withabaremetalsurfaceforpreheating.Inordertoensuretheentirecircumferenceoftheheatingpipeevenly,shouldberoastedguntofirethepipepreheating,preheatingtomaintainuniform,consistenttemperatureofsteelround.涂敷底漆前,應對裸露的金屬表面進行預熱。為保證管口整個圓周的均勻加熱,應將烤槍調到中火對鋼管進行烘烤預熱,預熱要均勻,保持鋼管四周溫度一致。Preheattemperatureat60~80℃,generalpreheatingtimenotlessthan5min,largerdiameterpipepreheatingtime.預熱溫度達到60~80℃,一般預熱時間不低于5min,管徑越大預熱時間越長。Withthermometeronsteelpipearoundthesamplingtemperaturemeasurement,temperaturemeasurementisnotdirectlyonthebaresteelmeasuring,shouldbeinthebaresteelpaintedalittleprimer,primerforsteelpipetemperaturemeasurementofactualtemperature.用測溫儀對鋼管四周取樣測溫,測溫時不要直接在裸鋼上測量,應在裸鋼上涂刷一點底漆,測量的底漆溫度為鋼管實測溫度。6.4Primercoating底漆涂敷=1\*GB3①Inthesteelpipepreheatingbeganthedeploymentofprimer<generaldoublecomponentratioofA:B=4:1orA:B=5:1>.在鋼管預熱時開始調配底漆〔一般雙組分的配比A:B=4:1或A:B=5:1。=2\*GB3②Paintshouldbeevenlymixed,inthewinteroftheprimercanbepreheateddeployment.底漆應混合均勻,冬季時底漆可以預熱后再進行調配。=3\*GB3③Usespecialbrushtobrushing2~3times,sothatathicknessgreaterthan100μmprimer.用專用刷子涂刷2~3遍,使底漆厚度大于100μm。6.5Thermalcontractionbeltinstallation熱收縮帶的安裝Theprimeriscompleted,withathermalshrinkagebeltcompletelywrappedpipe.Lapjointpipeslocatedinthesideof10or2points,atleastoverlapping100mm.在底漆涂刷完成后,用熱收縮帶完全包裹住管口。搭接位于管道一側10點或2點的位置,最少搭接100mm。Removingtheheatshrinkablebandonthepackaging,withsmallfiretoshrinkwithawiringaheadsurfacebakingmakeadhesivesurfaceshiny.Theheatshrinkabletapebakingagoodheadi
