1、-. z.教學管理論文:普通本科高校教學管理系統的設計與實現【中文摘要】當今社會科學技術和信息化發展日新月異,計算機強大的數據處理功能也逐漸被人們所認識,并已經滲透到人們的政治、經濟、教育、生活的方方面面。大量復雜、煩瑣的數據信息給人們的管理帶來困難,與此同時,各種管理系統也應運而生,已成為政府部門、企事業單位信息化管理中的重要組成部分,也倍受管理部門的青睞。普通本科高校教學管理系統就是順應此潮流開發的,運用現代化的計算機開發語言來對日益復雜的學校部信息進行管理的系統。普通本科教學管理系統是輕工業學院的實際需要開發的,采用了當前較為流行的Java開發語言和Oracle后臺數據庫。本著高起點高標
2、準、既適應當前又考慮未來發展的原則,實現了一個界面友好、易于掌握、操作簡單、功能齊全、安全可靠、運用廣泛的信息管理平臺,從而有效的提高了高校的教學管理水平。普通本科高校管理系統主要分為學生管理、智能排課、考試管理、選課管理、成績管理、畢業生管理六大模塊。該系統通過查詢、修改、統計等應用模塊來具體的對學校的數據進行科學的管理。學生管理模塊實現對新生行政分班、編*,并對已繳費的學生給予學生證注冊,還可以對在校學生的學籍、專業、專業方向、輔修、變動情況及時記錄,根據在校學生的日常表現給予獎懲并記入檔案;智能排課模塊是教學管理系統的核心,管理員可以對排課條件進行設置,根據模型和優化的人上智能遺傳算法系
3、統將實現自動排課,自動排課率基本可以達到95%以上,對于其他的剩余課程,管理員可以通過系統的人機交互功能來輔助完成達到排課的。系統同時可以自動的檢測排課過程中的沖突,使得課程的安排盡量合理;考試管理中管理員可以根據院系、專業、課程信息來設置考試名稱、進行考試安排,系統可以判斷專業班級的教學任務和學生選課情況是否存在沖突;選課管理模塊中,在安排學生選課的時間、課程、選課輪次之前,管理員事先要在后臺對選課規則進行設置,以確保選課活動的合理、有序開展。按照開課的原則和學生選課的反饋結果,系統可以自動為學生生成課程表,同時還可以為任課教師生成上課花名冊和網上錄入成績;成績管理中用戶可以按照教學任務、上
4、課對象、課程錄入成績??梢凿浫雮€人成績,也可以追加個人成績。任課老師要在學校規定的時間對學生成績進行網上錄入并打印成績單,根據錄入的期末考試成績和平時成績自動計算出總成績;畢業生管理模塊根據學校的相關規章和制度,結合每個學生在校期間的學習成績、平時的生活情況和在校期間的獎懲情況,對畢業生的畢業資格和學位授予進行資格審查。系統可自動對學生進行審核,簡化了人上審核過程,大大的提高了上作效率。該模塊主要包括學生所得學分查詢、畢業生資格審查、學位預審核等。本系統采用了面向對象的設計方法,使用UML對用戶實際需求進行分析,以基于Web環境下的B/S三層體系結構模式作為總體框架,后臺數據庫則是采用了目前較
5、為先進、處理數據快捷方便的Oracle數據庫。在智能排課算法上,采用了人工智能中經典的遺傳算法,對學校的資源、人員合理調度。嚴格遵循軟件開發的原則,先根據需求分析制定系統開發計劃,之后對軟件進行設計、程序編寫,經過軟件測試后使系統運行,并對后期的維護工作進行規劃?!居⑽恼縒ith the rapid development of modern social science technology and information, the strong data processing function of puter also has been gradually recognized by

It uses Java language and Oracle backend database which are popular in current society. In line with the principle of high starting point and high

This safe and reliable system have many other advantages such as friendly interface, grasped easily, simple operation, and plete functions, therefore, it improves universitys teaching managemen
10、t level effectively.Ordinary undergraduate college teaching management system are divided into si* main modules, they are student management, intelligent curriculum arrangement management, e*amination management, selecting courses management, scores management and graduate management. This system ma
11、nages the data of school specific through inquiry, modify, statistics application modules.Student management module implements many functions. For e*ample, it differentiates administrative classes and layouts student id for freshmen. It can grant student card registration for students who has alread
12、y captured e*pends. Besides, it can also record timely when a school student changes his registration, professional, major, minor and other fluctuant circumstance. Administrator gives rewards or punishments which are recorded files according to the current students daily performance. Intelligent cur
13、riculum arrangement module is the core of teaching management system; the system can reach more than 95% of automatic course arrangement rate through reasonable terms set, optimized mathematical model and algorithm. It also pletes remaining virgin row courses by the man-machine interactive au*iliary
14、 timetabling way. In the process of curriculum, the system will detect conflict automatically to make the course arrangement reasonable as far as possible. According to the information of department, major and courses, administrator can set e*amination name, arrange e*amination plan in the e*aminati
15、on management module. The system can judge whether there are conflicts e*ist between professional class teaching task and student courses. In order to ensure that students may select courses orderly and reasonably, selecting courses management set courses selection rules firstly in the background, a
16、nd then arrange rounds, time, selection range, selection object for students. It can also provide feedbacks of results of selecting timely, and determine classes, generate classes individual students timetables, teachers online entry lists automatically. User has the right to input students personal
17、 scores in accordance with the teaching task, class objects and courses. Teachers should input and print students results online within the prescribed time, the system will calculate average grades according to their final grades. Our system will audit whether graduates have the qualification to get
18、 degrees based on the performances of study, life, rewards and punishments, as well as school rules and regulations. Furthermore, we can inquire credits, minor professional and so on.The object-oriented technique is used in the system. We use UML analyzing the actual needs of users. The collectivity
19、 frame of system is three layers B/S structure based on Web environment with the bination of Oracle database which is more advanced and quicker and convenient in the processing of data. As to algorithm of intelligent timetabling, the system uses classical genetic algorithm in Artificial Intelligence
20、 to arrange and schedule resources and personnel reasonably.
