5、一種化學加工工藝,用此工藝所得到的表面膜層可作為有機涂層的底層,也可單獨作為 防腐蝕層應用。本規范明確規定了處理工藝為無色化學轉化工藝,并制定了此種表面膜層的外觀、耐蝕性、表面接 觸電阻等質量指標,作為華為對生產方進行工藝鑒定和生產者對零件生產質量進行控制的依據。關鍵詞:鋁,化學轉化,膜,防腐蝕引用文件:下列文件中的條款通過本規范的引用而成為本規范的條款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其隨后所有的修改單(不 包括勘誤的內容)或修訂版均不適用于本規范,然而,鼓勵根據本規范達成協議的各方研究是否可使用這些文件的 最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本適用于本規范。序號文件編號文件名稱等效標準1IEC

7、酸鹽處理”或“銘化”。無色化學轉化指鋁材表面轉化膜呈無色狀(即鋁本色)的化學轉化工藝。一噴砂光亮無色化學轉化指經噴砂處理后再進行化學拋光和無色化學轉化的表面處理工藝。陽極氧化在電流作用卜,位于陽極的工件表面在電解液中形成氧化膜的處理過程。 簡稱“陽極化”局部氧化指在一個鋁零件上,一部分表面是陽極氧化、另一部分表面是化學轉化 的表向處理工藝方法。全自動(或半自動)氧化 生產線全自動線:指零件的氧化處理過程均沒有手工介入,全部由設備自動控 制完成的生產線。半自動線:指零件的氧化處理過程中除吊裝設備由手工控制運動外、其 它過程參數全部由設備自動控制完成的生產線。表面接觸電阻是指接觸件在進行機械接觸時

8、如通過電流,則在接觸面處形成電壓降, 這個電壓降和通過的電流求出的電阻稱為表面接觸電阻。生產批指同一天在相同條件下處理的、材料和形狀相似的零件的總和。絲印即絲網印刷。一種印刷工藝方法。1工藝鑒定要求總則生產者的工藝設備、工藝流程、質量保證措施應在其主要的工藝文件中加以說明。生產者的工藝質量必須滿足第1節的要求。對生產設備及原材料的要求生產線生產方必須具備半自動、或全自動氧化生產線,不允許用手工線生產。每個槽位都必須有溫度、時間的控制顯示器,并在有效校驗周期內。烘干設備能自動控制溫度和時間。水質要求所有工藝槽的配制用水必須用去離子水或蒸儲水;化學轉化處理前后的清洗用水必須用去離子水或蒸儲水;其它

9、清洗用水必須達到GB 5749飲用水要求;清洗槽中水流方式應采用逆流,或者定時更換。(注:去離子水或蒸儲水的水質要求達到PH=5.0-7.5 ,電導率不大于 10 vS/cm)化工原材料要求化學轉化處理前各工藝槽所用化工原材料必須不低于相應工業級材料的國家標準要求;化學轉化及以后所用化工原材料必須不低于相應化學純級材料的國家標準要求;質量檢驗手段生產方必須具有以下檢測儀器:鹽霧試驗箱、粗糙度檢測儀、表面接觸電阻測量儀器、以及常規化學分析儀器 并能進行合格的試驗操作。所有檢測儀器設備都必須具有有效的校驗合格證。(注:鹽霧試驗也可委托外部進行,但其試驗單位必須得到華為技術有限公司認可并備案)工藝鑒

10、定程序被鑒定的工廠必須完成以下全部試驗工作,這些試驗必須在零件批生產所用的條件下完成:試片加工 (注D表面處理 (注2)試片檢查及測試提供試驗報告(注3)及試片給華為技術有限公司以便復驗。注:1.鑒定用試片可由華為技術有限公司完成并提供給被鑒定工廠。2、所有試片必須同時進行處理。3、試驗報告的發出者必須是華為技術有限公司認可的試驗室或機構。試驗及試片要求試片要求材料:尺寸:表面粗糙度:6063裸鋁板80 X 125 X 1 4 (mm) Ra 1 ?m表面處理:無色化學轉化;若需要局部氧化時,應在試片的同一面保持一半是陽極氧化膜、一半是化學轉化膜。試驗項目及試片數量下表給出了工藝鑒定所需的試驗

11、項目和試片數量要求:表1.試驗項目與試片試驗項目試片數量(片)3外觀2耐蝕性66表面接觸電阻2膜層中的六價銘含量2注:其中一半試樣為提供華為技術有限公司進行復驗用。試驗方法及質量指標外觀所有試片應進行外觀檢查。轉化膜應是無色透明膜,表現為鋁基底顏色;膜層必須連續、均勻、完整,無劃傷、污染和腐蝕現象。要求“光亮”化處理的外觀應與YB015保持一致。局部氧化的表面:兩種膜層的分界整齊,無溶液滲漏現象,每種膜層外觀均符合其對應的質量標準。耐蝕性按IEC 60068-2-11進彳f 100小時的中性鹽霧試驗;試驗后,在每一試片邊緣5mm以外的表面上直徑不大于0.8 mm的腐蝕點不能多于三個。表面接觸電

12、阻按下面所述方法在試片上的化學轉化區域測試接觸電阻。利用微歐計,兩個電極與被測表面接觸,電極面積為 1cm2、電極壓強為1.4MPa (即壓力14kgf),在試樣 表面上任取兩點進行測量,共測五次,其平均值應不大于10m Qo無色轉化膜中的六價銘含量按ISO3613中的六價銘存在試驗方法檢測轉化膜中是否存在六價銘。如果發現存在六價銘,則應利用 ISO3613中的比色法定量檢測六價銘含量(檢測機構必須得到華為技術有限公司認可)。要求轉化膜中的六價銘含量不能高于900Ppm。鑒定狀態的保持生產者應保持并遵守經華為技術有限公司正式批準的工藝和檢驗文件。經過華為技術有限公司鑒定的工藝,在未得到華為技術

13、有限公司的同意之前,不能改變任何可影響性能質量的工藝參數,否則將重新進行鑒定.。2批生產過程中零件質量檢驗要求外觀1)所有零件都應進行外觀檢查。2)處理后的零件應呈現鋁基底顏色;轉化膜必須連續、均勻。完整。零件表面不允許有劃傷、污染、腐蝕痕跡或疏松粉末;但允許有輕微的夾具印。焊縫及焊點處不允許膜層發黑。盲孔周圍允許有輕微的(孔口半 徑方向外延不超過2mm )水印痕跡。噴砂表面外觀應與標準樣板YB010 一致;拉絲外觀應與 YB019 一致。當有爭議時,按ISO4288 方法測試其粗糙度 Ra應分別為:噴砂在1.4 2.0 師;拉絲在1.72.7 g。對局部氧化的零件: 陽極氧化膜可以向化學轉化

14、膜區域擴展、 允許擴展的深度最多 2mm ; 而化學轉化膜不能向陽極氧化膜區域擴展;兩種膜層的分界線應清晰、整齊,不能呈鋸齒狀;不能有溶液滲漏現象。耐蝕性1)耐蝕性檢查在與零件同時處理的試片(材料為6063裸鋁,尺寸為80 X 125 )或壓鑄、型材零件上進行。生產零件為鋁板材時用測片,生產零件是型材或壓鑄件時用零件或零件上的截取部分。測驗應在化學轉化處理完成24H 以后、三天之內進行;每生產批至少檢查一件按 IEC 60068-2-11 進行中性鹽霧測驗:除鋁壓鑄件進行48 小時的測驗外,其它鋁零件要求進行100 小時的測驗;測驗后,在測樣距邊緣 5mm 以外的表面上,每1dm 2表面上的腐

15、蝕點不能多于3個、直徑不大于 0.8 mm 。零件上的孔周邊作為邊緣對待。當生產的零件尺寸太大(不能放入測驗箱)時,可以用該零件上的典型結構部分作替代測樣。對于化學轉化處理后進行了局部噴涂處理的零件,不要求檢測耐蝕性。對于化學轉化后只進行絲印、不再進行其它處理的零件,耐蝕性要求與上面第3)點一致。表面接觸電阻檢測在零件上的無色化學轉化處理區域進行。2)每生產批零件至少檢查一件。按1.5.3節的描述進行檢測,要求零件上任意兩點間的電阻不大于20 mQ若零件面積小于1cm 2,允許用常規萬用表的“聲音”檔進行檢測,即將其測量電極平放、與零件表面接觸,施以輕壓(小于140g ),當有蜂鳴聲(顯示導電

16、)時則認為合格。六價鉻含量屬于華為指定的氧化加工商,由氧化者每年提供一次零件上的膜層環保檢測報告;檢測單位必須是華為認可的機構。其它氧化商按以下要求進行測驗測測:每周測驗一次,有新調整化學轉化處理溶液后也必須測驗一次。測驗樣件必須從批生產零件中抽取至少一件。檢測在零件上的無色化學轉化處理區域進行。按 ISO3613 中的六價鉻存在測驗方法檢測鈍化膜中是否存在六價鉻。如果發現存在六價鉻,則應利用 ISO3613 中的比色法定量檢測六價鉻含量(檢測機構必須得到華為技術有限公司認可)。要求轉化膜中的六價鉻含量不能高于900ppm 。TABLE OF CONTENTS TOC o 1-5 h z HY

46、5 mm margins of each test piece.Surface Contact ResistanceUse the following method to test the contact resistance of the chemical conversion area of the test piece.Put the two poles of a microhmmeter on any two points of the tested surface. The area of each pole is 1cm2, the pressure intensity is 1.

47、4 MPa (the pressure is 14 kgf). Test five times and the average value should be not larger than 10 mQ .Chromium (VI) Content in Colorless Conversion FilmsFollow ISO3613 to check for chromium (VI) in conversion films.If chromium (VI) is found, follow ISO3613 to check its content with the colorimetric

48、 method (the tester must be approved by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.).The chromium (VI) threshold in conversion films is 900 ppm.Keeping of Authentication StatusProducers shall maintain and follow the documents concerning process and inspection formally approved by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Whe

49、n a process is authenticated by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., all the parameters that may affect the performance of finished parts shall be left as they are. Otherwise, re-authentication is required.m andfor eachQuality Control of Batch ProductionAppearanceCheck the appearance of all parts by visua

50、l observation.After treatment, parts should be in the color of the aluminum base material. Conversion films should be continuous, even and complete. There should be no scratches, pollutions, corrosion or loose powder on part surfaces. Unobvious catcher marks are permitted. Films should not turn blac

51、k in welding seams and welding spots. Unobvious water marks are permitted around blind holes within a 2 mm axial range.The appearance of sandblasted surfaces should be consistent with YB010 and belt grinded surfaces with YB019. In case of any disputes, follow GB 10610 to test the roughness: Ra is be

52、tween 1.42.0 g for sandblasting and between 1.7 師 and 2.7 師 for belt grinding.Locally anodized parts:Anodized films can extend at most 2 mm to chemical conversion film areas while reverse extensions are unavailable. Two kinds of films form clear and regular borders without solution leakage.Corrosion

53、 ResistanceThis test is made on test pieces (80 mm x 125 mm 6063 bare aluminum sheets) treated along with parts, die casting parts or sectional parts. Use test pieces for parts made of aluminum sheets, and use parts or sections of parts for sectional parts and die casting parts.Make the test between

54、 24 and 72 hours after chemical conversion. Test at least one part batch.Follow GB/T 10125 to make 48-hour neutral salt spray tests on aluminum die casting parts or 100-hour tests on other aluminum parts. There are at most three corrosion spots with a 0.8 mm or smaller diameter per dm 2 in the 5 mm margins of piece surfaces. Areas around holes of parts are considered as margins.A large part (t
