16、通知后立即安排收貨。如自乙方貨運交付地之日起5日內甲方仍未安排收貨，甲方承擔貨物滅失風險 。六、安裝與驗收：1、甲方自接收貨物之日起2日及時通知乙方，甲乙雙方指派代表到現場清點及安裝驗收。（1）開箱清點：根據本合同附件一，甲乙雙方共同對貨物進行開箱清點。如發現貨物與附件一約定不符，合同雙方應簽署書面的貨損貨差證明，乙方確認后應在5日內補足或調換相應的合格貨物；如驗收合格或僅有不影響安裝的小問題，則進入設備安裝階段。（2）安裝驗收：開箱驗收合格后，雙方立即就設備進行安裝，安裝完成當日雙方共同進行驗收，若驗收不合格，甲乙雙方應共同簽署故障報告，乙方應對此負責，乙方應保證在一周內重新安裝并驗收合格，

18、約責任。八、保證事項1、甲方保證按合同規定及時向乙方發出相應書面交貨通知以及對貨物進行接收、驗收并付款。2、乙方保證按合同規定及時向甲方提供約定設備、安裝調試與驗收、技術支持和保修服務。九、違約責任：1、除合同第十條不可抗力原因外，乙方如未按合同規定如期交貨、逾期安裝驗收、二次驗收不合格或未盡第七條及第八條義務，乙方則構成違約，違約行為每延遲一日，按合同額的0.5%向甲方償付違約金，此項違約金不超過合同總額的10%，如超過，甲方有權解除合同，乙方應承擔合同總額20%的違約責任。2、除合同第十條不可抗力原因外，甲方未按合同規定如期收貨、安排驗收或付款，則構成違約，每一違約行為每延遲一周，按合同金
