3、on is used for the client to install、start up、operate and termly maintain, but not including long maintenance. The long maintenance of the unit should be done by the professional maintenance company.二. 驗收CHECK AND ACCEPT本機抵達時，簽收前應先檢查外表，如有損壞，應在簽收單上注明，并在交貨后72小時內書面通知運送人，同時通知當地的申菱空調設備有限公司辦事處人員。機器到貨后，應于1

4、5天內完成全部檢查。如發現任何隱藏在機箱內的損壞，應停止開箱，可能時拍攝損壞的材質，立即以電話通知送貨人及當地的申菱空調設備有限公司辦事處人員，隱藏性的損壞應于到貨后15天內提出報告。Check the appearance before signing for while the unit reach destination. If find outside damage, you should indicate it on the signing document and give requisition to the carrier in seventy two hours, and i

5、nform the factory or office. All of the check should be completed in fifteen days. If you find some inside damage of the unit, immediately tell the carrier and factory by telephone and take pictures of the damaged material if possible and send the report in fifteen days.三. 安裝INSTALLATION1. 機體安裝ORGAN

6、ISM INSTALLATION 1).檢查起重系統的性能，確保可以承受本機重量。(機組重量參見銘牌)2).確保機組周圍有足夠空間供維修門和過濾網的拆卸，以便維護。3).確保機組周圍有足夠空間供連接進出水管用。(如圖一）4).確保機組周圍有足夠空間，以便更換皮帶輪，電機，盤管等。5).機組采用天花板內水平吊裝，吊桿與機組底吊架垂直，并必須鎖緊上下螺母。安裝后應調整好機組水平度，機組不得承受外裝水管和風管的重量。(如圖一)第2頁/共10頁 figure 1 1).Check the performance of the crane , in order to bear the weight of

8、replace pulley、motor and coil.5)The unit is suspended flatly in the ceiling , suspender and units foundation keep vertical together , and locked tightly by nuts , adjust the degree of level after installation , the unit can not endure the weight of outside water pipes and air pipes. (As figure 1)2.

9、風管安裝AIR PIPE INSTALLATION 1).風管的設計應有良好的通風功能，應避免風管斷面發生突然變化或在風機出口處使風拐彎。(如圖三) 2).作為新風機組使用時，應在新風管道上安裝密閉式保溫風閥。第3頁/共10頁 3).需要新回風混合時，可將新風管道接裝到回風管道上。4).機組進出風口與風管間的連接應采用軟接頭連接，與機組連接的風管重量不得由機組承擔。 注意：在連接風管前，不可運轉機器；機器運轉時，不可卸開風管。1.The design of air duct should have favorable ventilation function and avoid the swe

10、rve in air duct (As figure 3)2.When it use as fresh air unit , to avoid that outlet air effect inlet air condition when turning off the unit , heat preservation airtight valve should be installed in fresh air duct.3.When you need to mix fresh and return air , fresh air duct can be connected return a

11、ir duct.4.The joint between air inlet/outlet and air duct should be soft material and unit should not bear the duct weight.Note: Before connecting air pipe , not to run the unit ; when running , not to disconnect air pipe.3. 電氣安裝ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION 1).本產品采用三相三線、380V、50HZ或單相、220V、50HZ交流電源，具體請參看機組

12、銘牌。 2).所有連接電纜應保證安全。 3).機組應有可靠良好的接地。 4).風機電機應接在有過載保護裝置的電源上。電機功率大于15KW時，應采用降壓啟動方式。 5).啟動前，應進行全部電氣測試，以查證是否符合安全要求。1. The power of the unit is 380V-3-50Hz. You can find the electrical performance data on the nameplate.2. All cables should be connected reliably.3. The unit should be reliably grounded.4. T

13、he motors power should include a overload protection equipment. And if the motor power exceed 15KW, a motor starter such as star-delta starter is recommended.5. Check the wiring before turn on the unit. 4. 管路連接PIPELINE CONNECTION 1).水盤管和蒸汽盤管均為標準配件，附外螺紋式盤管接頭。 2).安裝時，應避免盤管接頭連接太緊，以免損傷盤管集水管和盤管接頭第4頁/共10頁

14、 3).進出水管在機組外須裝有閥門，用來調節流量和檢修時切斷冷熱水源。另外進出水管必須保溫。 4).凡是有兩路或兩路以上進出水管的機組，接管時請并聯連接。5).蒸汽盤管前應設置排水彎，確保冷凝水正常排出，避免造成水擊作用損壞盤管。蒸汽經過減壓閥后的壓力(即盤管內壓力)請勿超過0.3MPa。6).冷凝水管必須安裝存水彎后通下水道，存水彎尺寸見圖四。7).為保證冷凝水排放暢通,排水管道應有1/251/50的傾斜率。8).與機組連接的水、汽管重量不得由機組承擔。 圖四圖四中，H1(P/10+20)mm ,式中:P為機組余壓,單位為Pa。H260mm。1).Both water coil and st

15、eam coil are standard fittings and their joints have screw thread. 2).The coil joint dont connect tightly while installing, in order to avoid the catchment pan and joint damage. 3).There are valves in the water pipe to regulate flux and cut off cold/hot water while repairing. And the water pipe must

16、 be wrapped by heat preservation material. 4).Parallel connect the water pipes when there are more than one pair of water pipes pass the unit.5).You should set drainage before steam coil to ensure the drain of condensed water. The steamy press after passing the decompress valve is forbidden to excee

17、d 0.3MPa. 6).Condensing water pipe connects with drainer after installing the water trap , the dimension of water trap as figure 4.7) To ensure condensing water drain swimmingly , there is 1/251/50 the rate of slope . 8).The unit dont bear the weight both of water pipe and steam pipe which be connec

18、ted with the unit 四. 使用Operation1. 啟動前檢查Check Before Start 1).運輸時各零部件有松動可能，因此在安裝完成后應檢查所有螺栓緊固件的松緊程度。尤其是傳動性零部件(如皮帶輪、軸承等)。 2).用手旋轉風機葉輪，確保葉輪能自由旋轉。檢查后確保風機內無異物， 3).檢查風機、電機的潤滑情況。 4).檢查機組內(或風管系統內)無異物，空氣進、出口無堵塞。 5).檢查所有的減振器均在其正確位置，功能正常。第5頁/共10頁 6).檢查所有電氣連接，確保風機電機轉動方向正確。 7).檢查控制設備的安全裝置，確保正常。 8).檢查水、電、氣是否暢通。9)

19、.檢查盤管部分的冷凝水存水彎，確保安裝正確，避免排水不暢。1.The components of the unit may become less crowded during transport , hence you should check the state all of the fasten setting especially for the transmissible components (such as pulley and bearing) after completing the installation.2.Rotate the fans impeller by han

20、d to ensure the impeller can rotate freely and the impurity must not be in the fan .3.Check the lubrication of fan and motor.4.Check the impurity in the unit or air duct and ensure air pass inlet/outlet freely.5.Check the right position all of the vibration isolator.6. Check the connection of the el

21、ectrical to ensure the motor of the fan run in the right direction.7. Check the safe equipment of controller to ensure the unit work normally.8. Check the power , water and flow.9. Check the coil trap to ensure install correctly and drain swimmingly.2. 啟動Start up 完成以上檢查后，即可啟動本機組，進行以下檢查及調整。 1).測量電機電壓

22、和電流，比較所得數據與電機銘牌上的資料，確保電機不過載。2).測量風量和風壓，如與銘牌值不符，可調整風閥或皮帶輪。After finish the above checking, you can turn on the unit check the subjects as following:1. Measure the voltage and current of the motor, compare them with the performance data on the nameplate. Insure that the motor would not overload.2. Mea

23、sure the flow pressure and volume, regulate the flow valve or pulley if the data different with those on the nameplate.3. 日常使用Daily use 1).本機組夏季制冷使用7冷水(不低于5)，冬季制熱使用60熱水(不高于65),水質應保證要求。制熱蒸汽壓力為70 kPa(115)。2).在設備不使用季節，夏季要使換熱器充滿水，以減少管道銹蝕，冬季要使換熱器中的水排空，以免凍裂。1. Cooling water at 7, not lower than 5, is reco

24、mmended to use in summer as well as hot water at 60, not higher than 65, or steam at 70KPa in pressure(115 in temperature) is recommended in winter.2. If the unit will not use for a long time, it should be filled with water in summer to avoid rust and drained in winter to avoid freeze.第6頁/共10頁五. 維護保

25、養Maintenance 進行日常維護時應首先確保人身安全。 1).確保維護工程師與機器間絕緣。 2).風機停止轉動前，維護工程師不得進入機器內。 3).進入機器內前，確保各電氣裝置與總電源隔離。The most important thing is personal safety while doing maintenance.1. Insure that the insulation is enough between the maintenance engineer and machine.2. Maintenance engineers are forbidden entrance i

26、nto the machine before the fan stop rotation.3. Insure that every electrical components is insulated from power before enter into machine.以下維護項目建議每三至六個月進行一次，實際維護間隔視負荷及周圍條件而定。 1).檢查軸承有無磨損及潤滑油的泄露現象。 2).檢查軸承鎖定螺栓及其他螺栓的松緊度。 3).檢查皮帶張力，如有打滑，應作調整。更換磨損的皮帶。The following subjects are recommended that be taken

27、once every 3 to 6 months, the actual interval base on the load and ambient condition.1. Check the bearing whether it has worn out or there is phenomena of lube leak.2. Check the tightness of bolts of the bearing.3. Check the tension of belt. It should be regulated if the belt skidding or replaced if

28、 it has worn out.以下維護項目建議每年進行一次。 1).檢查電氣接線情況。 2).檢查機殼有無破裂及腐蝕現象，如有，應清理并油漆。 3).檢查所有維修門的密封是否良好，開關是否靈活。皮帶張力： 皮帶應維持正確的張力，以避免軸承提早報廢和不必要的皮帶磨損。皮帶張力檢查可利用皮帶張力檢查器。(如圖四)皮帶維護： 以干布清潔皮帶表面，皮帶表面不可沾有任何油脂。更換皮帶時，應使用同型的新皮帶，并正確安裝皮帶。并校準皮帶輪，確保皮帶輪基準面在同一平面上。（如圖五）The following subjects are recommended that be taken once every

29、 one year.1. Check the connection of the wiring.2. Check the panel whether it has crack or rust, repaint it if the answer is yes.3. Check the sealing of maintenance door, and the flexibility while it open and closed.第7頁/共10頁Tension of the beltThe tension of the belt should be at a accurate degree to

30、 avoid accidental damage. You should use a professional equipment to check the tension of the belt. (See figure 4)Maintenance of beltClean the surface of the belt with dry clothes, keep the surface out of any oil. Replace the belt with a same type, and then regulate the pulley to insure the two pull

31、eys are in the same plane. (See figure 5)盤管維護： 1).定期檢查盤管的清潔度。 2).以正常氣流的相反方向噴射壓縮空氣、蒸汽或水即可有效清洗盤管。如盤管十分骯臟，應使用清潔劑清洗。機組運行兩年后應用化學方法清除換熱器水管內的水垢。過濾網維護：開始啟用本機組時，由于系統風管內灰塵較多，很快就會堵塞濾網，因此，運行8小時后，應進行清洗。以后每月清洗一次。Coil maintenance1. Clean coil termly.2. Coil would be cleaned efficiently by spray compress air, steam

32、 or water over it. If it too much dirty, cleanser is recommended. We also suggest that you clean out fur in the tubes with chemical medicine ever two years operation.Filter maintenance第8頁/共10頁The filters will be blocked up soon after installation because too much dirty in the duct. So a cleaning is
