1、高中英語課堂教學案例設計      陵水縣民族中學 文葉翠課題：Book4 Module 6 Unexplained Mysteries of the Natural World-Reading and vocabulary一、             課程標準的要求高中英語新課程標準指出， 高中英語教學應著重培養學生以下幾個方面的能力：在人際交往中使用英語的能力；用英語獲取和處理信息的能力；用英語分析問題和解決問題的能力。高中階段英語

2、教學應立足于學生對這幾個方面的發展要求。根據新課標 的 要求，在設計本節課堂教學活動方面，所有的學習活動應盡可能給學生提供用英語獲取信息，處理信息的語言實踐機會；多數課堂活動以學生為主體；教師不是直截了當地把知識告訴學生，而是引導學生自己去發現知識。二、             教材分析本課時所教的是外研版必修（4）最后一個模塊Module 6中的Reading and Vocabulary 的內容。教材講述了近幾年來目擊者對天池怪物的描述。通過本課時的閱讀教學，要使學生不僅

3、了解天池怪物這一自然界之迷，更重要的是掌握文章中的基本語言知識，側重于提高學生用英語處理信息，分析問題和解決問題的能力。鼓勵學生通過自主探究，討論，合作等課堂活動形式，充分發揮自己的學習潛能，掌握各種有效的閱讀技能， 從而提高閱讀理解能力。三、             學情分析必修（4）是高一下學期的內容。由于高一學生進入高中學習不到一年， 進行全英語教學 ，有些學生還不是很適應，特別是普通高中的學生，英語基礎較差， 學生普遍的問題是詞匯量少， 用中文思維。有些學生對英語的學

4、習熱情比較低。再加上學生大部分來自農村，課外知識貧乏，學生對本課時的話題了解的甚少。因此，在課堂教學中要根據學生的實際情況，設置不同的任務，努力激發學生參與教學活動的熱情。四、教學目標1、語言知識目標詞匯：monster, appear, calm ,claim, dive, horn ,repeat, skeptical, seal, sighting , temperature句子：In another recent sighting, a group of soldiers claim they saw an animal moving on the surface of the wat

5、er.There have been reports of monsters in Lake Tianchi since the beginning of the last century.There might/may be similar creatures in other lakes around the world.2、語言技能目標能從文章中獲取主要信息；能歸納文章段意，理解文章主旨；能提取，篩選文章中的特定信息；能利用上下文猜測新詞的意義。3、情感目標激發學生努力學習，勇于探索自然界的奧秘。五、教學策略本課時以閱讀為主線，遵循一是課標所提倡的任務型教學原則，側重培養學生的閱讀理解能

6、力。二是“循序漸進”“由淺到深”的原則，進行知識的輸入，技能的培養和良好學習策略的培養。本課時利用多媒體教學，提高學生的直觀感和興趣感，也加快教學的節奏。課前從網上或其它一些媒體上下載一些與天池和天池怪物有關的圖片和資料。六、課堂教學Step 1.
