19、半年時間到，部分審稿意見沒有返回，期刊社同樣會把已返回的意見返回給你。(3) 版權問題。一般會通過給你發幾個PDF合同，然后你打印出來，用手填寫，然后郵寄或者掃描后通過email發給他們。(4) 投稿模板。通常很多人都會關心這個問題，這是投稿的第一步。但是日sevier旗下期刊對投稿的模板沒什么要求，只要你比較注意排版，看著舒服就好。至于排版，錄用后他們 編輯會排版，然后讓你來校正。建議，投稿時候不要考慮紙張頁數，國外期刊不太關心期刊頁數，只要按他們最后的排版不超過30頁(好像是30頁)一般不會收錢。(5) 如果投稿論文分成幾個部分，在投稿的時候就要分開，按照單獨的論文投稿。不過要在Lette

20、r to Editor中要說明這是同一個論文。(6) 日sevier旗下期刊投稿不收取審稿費，發表也不收取版面費，但超過一定頁數會適當 收取費用，如果用彩色印刷，也會收錢，他們不收則以，一收就比較多。(7) 投稿時是否需要把圖片和論文主題分開。這個本來不需要說的，網站上的要求就是如此，需要單獨分開上傳，但是以我的經驗，如果論文圖太多，特別是對于國內的網速慢，上 傳很不方便，可以直接把圖放在論文中間，審稿階段不用考慮圖文分開，等錄用后再圖文分 開。(2) Elsevier投稿狀態總結Submitted to Journal剛提交的狀態(3) Manuscript received by Edit

21、orial Office就是你的文章到了編輯手里了，證明投稿成功(4) With editor如果在投稿的時候沒有要求選擇編輯，就先到主編那，主編會分派給別的編輯。這當中就會有另兩個狀態：1) Awaiting Editor Assignment指派責任編輯Editor assigned!把你的文章分給一個編輯處理了。2) Editor Declined Invitation也可能編輯會拒絕邀請，這就需要重新指定編輯3) technical check in progres檢查你的文章符不符合期刊投稿要求(5) 編輯接手處理后也會有2種狀態1) Decision Letter Being Pr

22、eparec就是編輯沒找審稿人就自己決定了，2) Reviewer(s) invited找到審稿人了，就開始審稿(6) Under review這應該是一個漫長的等待。當然前面各步驟也可能很慢的，要看編輯的處理情況。如果被邀請審稿人不想審，就會decline,編輯會重新邀請別的審稿人。(7) Required Reviews Completed審稿人的意見已上傳，審稿結束，等待編輯決定(8) uating Recommendation評估審稿人的意見，隨后你將收到編輯給你的decision(9) Minor revision/Major revision這個時候可以稍微慶祝一下了，問題不大了，

24、al office來審查論文的語言、格式、排版、圖片等等，也就是說，審查你的投稿是否符合Guidefor Authors中的各項要求。論文投稿之后，狀態是 Submitted to Journal后成為 with editor。注意：這里的 Editor實際 上不是期刊的主編，而是 Editorial office里負責論文格式、排版、語言審查的編輯。如果論 文通過了技術性審查，狀態重新變為Submitted to Journal,表明論文通過了第一關。之后，如果不出意外，論文狀態將會再次變成With Editor,這里的Editor才是真正的期刊主編。至U了這一步，你的論文才會進入under

28、or greyscale photographs （halftones）: always use a minimum of 300 dpi.TIFF: Bitmapped line drawings: use a minimum of 1000 dpi.第一點說的是灰度圖的dpi在至少300dpi以上，比如病理圖片、電泳圖等；第二點說的是點陣線性圖的分辨率一般在1000dpi以上，比如用 excel所作曲線或柱狀圖，chemdraw所畫結構式等。投稿所遇到的問題：通常數碼照片的 dpi為72而excel所作圖片的 dpi為200均不能滿足投稿需求，因此要更改dpi設置解決方法：在photosh

29、op新建一個 A4格式的圖片，在圖片大小選項中將分辨率選為雜志所需的分辨率（比如1000ppi,這里可能又涉及到一個ppi和dpi的概念，其實你不用多管，簡單說來，一個相當于電腦屏幕的輸出（ppi）, 一個相當于打印機的輸出（dpi）,你只要ppi設為1000,打印的分辨率就為 1000dpi,兩者在數值上是等量的）。將 excel或照片直接粘貼到新建圖層中（注意，這是的圖片顯示的可能會很小），將圖片放大到適合觀看的大小，剪切所需區域，如果雜志社對圖片大小有要求可以通過圖片大小選項設定（例如5cm*3cm）,保存為tiff格式，將保存layer前的對鉤去掉，確定，采用 LZW壓縮，確定，即可。

30、這樣保存的圖片大約 為 200k.dpi增大的優點：通常我們用excel作的圖貼到 word或直接保存為圖片，會發現，圖片縮小會比較清初，但是 放大后遍模糊將dpi增大后，雖然縮小圖片感覺不如直接保存清初，但是你放大很多倍后圖像仍清晰以上是在LaoLang_cool戰友的幫助下完成dpi修改過程中的一些體會，整理出來供大家分享。（轉自dxy,由gaalaa版主整理提供） 如果原圖是用“ Origin”做的曲線圖，按照要求“1200 dpi (dots per inch) for black and white line art (simple bar graphs, charts, etc.)

31、 的要求修改過程如下：(1)將所做的圖用程序“Origin"(如OriginPro 7.5)打開；(2)點擊菜單"File""Export Page."在"保存類型"中選" Tag ImageFile(*.tif)”,同時在 "Show Image Options 前打勾， 確定"保存"；(3)在 TIFF Options 窗 口中，"DIP” 設為 1200;"Color Depth" 選 Monochrome;“Compression'選 LZ

34、信(cover letter)的寫作投稿信(cover letter)中應包括的內容投稿信有助于稿件被送到合適的編輯(對于多編輯的期刊而言)或可能的評審人手中.沒有投稿 信的稿件可能會給編輯造成一些困惑 ：如：這篇稿件是投給哪種刊物的 ？何種欄目？是新稿還 是修改稿？如果是修改稿的話，是哪位編輯負責的？如果這篇稿件有多位作者的話，哪一位是通 訊作者？其聯系地址是哪一個 ？等等.為節省編輯的時間，投稿信要盡量寫得簡短明了、重點突出 ，最好不要超過一頁.其中包括的 內容大致有：(1)所投稿件的欄目類型；有些期刊在作者須知中還鼓勵或建議作者在投稿信中提供合適的審 稿人或提出需回避的審稿人.(2)如果

35、稿件是系列論文中的一篇 ，或者與以前發表的文章有密切關系 ，投稿信中要提及這方面 的內容(包括刊名、文章題名、發表時間等 ),必要時，還需附上發表過的論文，以免編輯或審稿 人發生誤解.(3)不可遺漏期刊所要求白有關說明或聲明，如果需要事先與編輯說明有關文稿學術意義或其他細節問題(如有關圖表的制作軟件等),也須在投稿信中交代清楚.對于高度綜合性的刊物(如 Nature, Science成本領域的頂尖期刊，在投稿信中最好簡要說明一下稿件的廣泛興趣性或重要 性，以及為什么要給該刊投稿.(4)通訊作者和詳細的聯系地址尤其重要，通訊作者還應將其電話號碼、E-mail地址和傳真號碼列在投稿信或稿件的題名頁
