1、A4-8小鼠淨(jìng)化復(fù)育服務(wù)使用規(guī)範(fàn)基因轉(zhuǎn)殖小鼠模型核心設(shè)施(TMMC)小鼠淨(jìng)化復(fù)育服務(wù)使用規(guī)範(fàn)1. 本核心提供的小鼠淨(jìng)化復(fù)育服務(wù)。2. 提出”小鼠淨(jìng)化復(fù)育服務(wù)”後，使用者須提供5隻繁殖力旺盛的 2 4個月齡之公鼠和10隻4 8週齡之母鼠。3. 若小鼠品系具有與生殖異常相關(guān)之表現(xiàn)型，導(dǎo)致不易懷孕或新生兒不易存活的狀況，必須事先知會本核心。4. 本核心以帝王切開術(shù)或胚移殖之方式淨(jìng)化復(fù)育小鼠或胚胎，每件申請以提供至少3隻淨(jìng)化復(fù)育小鼠為準(zhǔn)。5. 如淨(jìng)化後之小鼠將飼養(yǎng)於本院動物中心則須依本院規(guī)定，本核心無法提供空間。6. 使用者送件前需填寫本核心網(wǎng)站提供之小鼠淨(jìng)化復(fù)育服務(wù)申請書及同意書並簽名繳交。本核心於

7、Rederivation.2. TMMC will perform Caesarean Section or embryo transfer to rederivate the mice. At least 3 specific pathogen-free (SPF) mice will be released after the rederivation. A mouse health surveillance report certificates SPF-grade foster mother mice will be issued by Laboratory Animal Center

8、, National Taiwan University for each case.3. For mice with poor breeding performance, TMMC will use C-section procedure. TMMC carry out C-section only for mice pass the health surveillance and free from Mycoplasma spp.- and LCM virus infection4. TMMC will not be responsible for breeding and long-te

9、rm storage of the rederived mice. Requesters may ask for breeding service from Laboratory Animal Center, National Taiwan University. TMMC will not accept mice that have been withdrawn. 5. Charge will be bill to the order of requester after completing the service. TMMC will contact the requester and
