3、onship of Fang and Song “and” the relationships between staffs” are informal organisation. Because personal relationship based on trust . Good informal organization can influence formal organization's operations .Win-media usually holds staff party,which makes staffs have good communications,Har

4、monious atmosphere among staffs so that they work more seriously. Obviously, informal organisations in Win-media contributed to the company's development. 2.With reference to the case study summarise the relationship between goals,objectives and policy and explain their contribution to the effec

5、tive management of the Win-Media.Goals usually determine the direction that the organisation will take over the long term and not always specific.Objectives are more specific them goals and identify the specific path to be taken in order to achieve goals.The relationship is: The objective is consist

Goal is making “win-media” to become a leading-edge company.(In fact,the goal never changes.)Objective is more system and organization. we can find that the goal and objective cl

9、ashed. Employees are deprived of freedom. The first policy,A new structure was also introduced in which the organization would be divided in to several functional departments. Staffs are required to stick to their specialized area. The second policy, all projects should be approved and allocated by

10、board. Each project was controlled through a Budgets-approval system. 21、a,most of employees look for“promotion prospects”“training opportunity”and“trust and respect”.In stage one,every member of staff was considered as potential management material and 20% of senior managers were promoted from within.Staff can also discuss company issues with visiting board members. 22、ourage staffs be active and enthusiasm in team work. The staff had a positive impact on the company as well.The customer is one of the stakeholders. As customers, “high quality service “is the first requirement,but in latter stage of Win-media,due to the company system change,staffs had to work in t

23、he office,they could not provide service for their customers whenever and wherever possible. Second,customers also look for“a good reputation”and“innovation”. Because of Two shareholders to leave and other reasons.Win-media was in danger of losing its special character and gradually lost its reputat

24、ion as a leading-edge agency. Customer requirements can not be satisfied, so one part of them choice other companies.Without doubt, this is a negative influence to the Win-media. In the text,local banks as one of the financiers is also one of the stakeholders.The bank supported Win-media,granted to

25、them as part of the initial capital. This approach allows the company has sufficient funds to develop and get more profits, which makes banks more interest on loans. Win-media to obtain capital and expand production, making the itself gradually stronger. 5.Identify the strategy of control used by Fa
