fromthewaybillsystem,verifiesthereceiptdocumentsandtheidentityoftheconsignee,車站在貨票系統中調取運單信息，核實領貨憑證、領貨人身份等，采集收貨人(經辦人)身份證及頭像影印資料、辦理collectstheIDcardandphotocopyoftheprofilephotooftheconsignee(theagent),內交付手續andhandlestheinternaldeliveryprocedures知識點三到達作業KnowledgePointⅢArrivalOperation（3）外交付ExternaldeliveryWhenunloadingatthefreightstation,thestationconductsexternaldeliveryinthecontainersystem貨運場站卸車，車站在集裝箱系統對tothewaybillwhichhasbeendelivered,“已內交付”的運單進行外交付操作，andstampFreightDelivered交付集裝箱，并加蓋“貨物交訖”戳記憑加蓋車站日期戳的運單收貨人存查聯

anddeliverthecontainerbymeansoftheconsignee'srecordofthewaybillwiththedatestampofthestation知識點三到達作業KnowledgePointⅢArrivalOperation（3）外交付ExternaldeliveryWhenthestationdeliversthecontainertotheconsignee,車站與收貨人交接集裝箱時，施封的forthesealedcontainer,theyconductdeliveryaccordingtothecontainernumber,sealandtheoutershapeofthecontainer,憑箱號、封印和箱體外狀不施封的憑箱號和箱體外狀交接andfortheunsealedcontainer,theyconductdeliveryaccordingtothecontainernumberandtheoutershapeofthecontainer知識點三到達作業KnowledgePointⅢArrivalOperation（4）相關期限RelevantdeadlineForthecontainersthathavearrived,theconsigneeshouldreceivethecontainerfreightwithin2daysfromthedayafterthenoticeofcollectionisissuedbythefreighter;Movethecontaineroutwithinthedayofreceiving.到達的集裝箱，應于承運人發出領貨通知的次日起算，2日內領取集裝箱貨物；領取的當日內將集裝箱搬出Ifthecontainerfreight(includingemptyself-containedcontainers)isstoredinthestationbeyondtheabovefreestorageperiod,thestoragefeeshallbechargedaccordingtotheprovisions集裝箱貨物（含空自備箱）在車站存放超過上述免費倉儲期限，應按規定核收倉儲費站內掏箱的，應于領取的當日內掏完Ifthefreightistakenoutfromthecontainerinthestation,itshouldbefinishedwithinthedayofreceiving;集裝箱出站的，重去空回或空去重回時，應于領取的次日送回；重去重回時，應于領取的3日內送回Ifthecontainerleavesthestationwithaheavyloadandcomesbackempty
