Whenaskediftheyreceivedasalaryincreasein2024,thedataindicatesa

relativelybalancedresponsefromIndianemployees’perspective.Amajorityofrespondents,around49%,reportedreceivingasalaryincrease.Meanwhile,asignificantportion,45%,experiencednochangeintheirearnings.Onlyasmallminority,6%,sawareductionintheirsalary.

Salaryandcompensationconsistentlytopthelistasoneofthemostexciting
