ZDJ9型電動轉轍機ZDJ9electricswitchmachine天津鐵道職業技術學院鐵路信號基礎設備維護高速鐵路道岔轉轍設備結構組成及作用ZDJ9型電動轉轍機ZDJ9型電動轉轍機根據道岔的不同轉換動程和轉換力以及交流、直流不同供電方式開發的系列產品。具有轉換力大、效率高等特點。既適用于多點牽引分動外鎖閉道岔的轉換,也可用于尖軌聯動的內鎖閉道岔的轉換。ZDJ9型電動轉轍機采用滾珠絲杠減速,效率較高。交流系列采用三相380V交流電動機,故障少,電纜單芯控制距離長ZDJ9electricswitchmachineStructureandFunctionofHigh-SpeedRailwaySwitchZDJ9electricswitchmachineisaseriesofproductsdevelopedaccordingtothedifferentconversionrangeandconversionforceofturnoutsanddifferentpowersupplymodesofACandDC.Ithasthecharacteristicsofhighconversionforceandhighefficiency.ZDJ9electricswitchmachineadoptsballscrewdeceleration,whichhashighefficiency.ACseriesadoptsthree-phase380VACmotor,withlessfaultandlongcontroldistanceofsinglecoreofcable.高速鐵路道岔轉轍設備結構組成及作用(一)電動機交流電動機額定輸出功率0.4kW,當電源電壓為三相380V、單相電阻為54Ω時,額定轉矩為2N·m,轉速大于或等于1330r/min。(二)減速器為兩級減速,在改變轉換力或轉換時間時,可以變動減速比。(三)滾珠絲杠選用國產磨削絲杠,直徑中32mm,導程10mm。由于導程大,滾珠也大,故可靠性高。(四)摩擦聯結器采用干摩擦,主動片是4片外摩擦片,用鋼帶加工,被動片為3片內摩擦片,用12個彈簧加壓。(五)自動開閉器自動開閉器接點組與ZD6型相同,只是將動接點支架改進成為有兩處壓嵌連接的結構,因此左右調整板設在同側,縮小了接點組尺寸,減少了零件品種。(六)安全接點采用沙爾特堡開關。(七)接線端子采用德國產籠式彈簧的2線接線端子,是一種免維護的接線端子。ZDJ9electricswitchmachineStructureandFunctionofHigh-SpeedRailwaySwitch1.General

Havingthecut-offindicationfunctionafterswitchistrailed.
Theelectricpointmachineadoptsballbearingleadingscrewretarder,whichhashighefficiencycharacteristic.
Themotoradoptsthree-phaseAC380Vpowersource,sothecontroldistanceofcablesingle-wireislong,thefailureofACmotorislessthanDCmotor.Thecontactsystemusesthestaticcontactgroupmadeofberyllium-bronzeandthemotivecontactringmadeofcopper-tungstenalloy.Theextendedrodpartsareplatedwithchromiumforproof-rust.Thepolytheneblock-holeringandoiledfeltringareusedforsupportandproof-rust.
TherotationalandslidingsurfaceadoptsthebushandgasketmadeofSF2compoundmaterial,sothemaintenanceworkloadofthepointmachineisless.Incaseofpowerfailureormaintenanceisneed,itcanturntheswitchshafttocutoffthecontactsofsafetyswitch,theninsertacrank-handle,thepointmachinecanbeoperatedmanually.Inordertomeetuser’sneedthattheinvestmentofoverhaulreconstructionissaved,ZD9electricpointmachinehasthederivedDCtypeseries.ZDJ9electricswitchmachineStructureandFunctionofHigh-SpeedRailwaySwitch
2.StructureandprincipleTheappearanceandmountingsizesofpointmachineseesattachedFigure,thestructureseesthefollowingfigure(refertoFigure32attached).ZD(J)9-AandBtypepointmachineisappliedfortheswitchesofdouble-pointsthrowingtongueandmovingrespectivelyoutsidelockingdevice.ZD(J)9-CandDtypepointmachineisappliedfortheswitchesofdouble-pointsthrowingtonguemovingsynchronously.Theactingboardisfixedonthepushing-boardsheath.Themutualactingrelationoftheactingboard,motivecontactshaft,startingdisk,quick-actingdiskandspringseesattachedFigure4oftheactingrelationsketchoftheactingboard,quick-actingdiskandcontacts.ZDJ9electricswitchmachineStructureandFunctionofHigh-SpeedRailwaySwitch
TheleftandrightlockingrodofZD(J)9-AandBtypepointmachineisconnectedrespectivelywithtwoswitchrails,whenonelockingrodlockstheswitchrailsinsideswitcherviathelockingpost,anotherlockingrodfixedontheopenedswitchrailisbecomeasthetrailingindicationrod.Whenthetrailingfailureoccurs,viatheopenedswitchrailmovement,therecesswithinclinedsurfaceonthetrailingindicationrod(thelockingrod)pushesthecheckposttocutofftheindicationcontact,whichgivesthetrailingswitchindication.Theretothelockingpostonthelockingpositiondoesn’tmove,inadditiontwoswitchrailsareconnectedtogetherbytheconnectingrodandtransferredsynchronously,thethrowingrodwillbereleasedunderexceedingthetrailingforce.Butthelockingrodonthelockingposition,onaccountoftheconnectingrodofinstallationdevice,willbedamagedwithdistortionintrailing.Thedistancebetweenthesquarerecessusedforlockingandinclinedrecessusedfortrailingindicationisrelativewiththestrokeofswitchrail,itonlybeappliedfortherelevantswitchrailstroke,whenthestrokerangeisexceeded,itneedstheotherlockingrodfittedforthestrokerange.
Whenthetrailingswitchfailureoccurs,thelockingironinthetrailingdevice,undertheactionofthelockingblockonthethrowingrod,isescapedfromthetrailingpost,thenotchofthelockingironpushesthehorizontalmandril,thehorizontalmandrilpushestheerectmandril,theerectmandrilpushesthemotivecontactlevertocutofftheindication,theindicationwillneverbeturnonunlessthelockingironisrestoredmanually.ZDJ9electricswitchmachineStructureandFunctionofHigh-SpeedRailwaySwitch
Thereisaspringretardingdevicebetweenthepushing-boardsheathandthethrowingrod.Afterthepointmachineentersthelockingcourseandcutoffthepowersourceofmotor,thesideinclinedsurfaceofthethrowingrodcompressesthespringviathefrictionalblock,consequentlytheinertialactionofthetransmissionsystemwillberetardedimmovably.
ZD(J)9-AandCtypepointmachineareappliedintheconditionthattheswitchismovedwithtwothrowingpointsandinthefirstthrowingpointnon-tailabletypepointmachineisused,sotheyhavenotthetrailingdevice.Theyhavethelockingperformanceprovidedbythelockingblockofthethrowingrodandthelockingrodconnectedwiththeclosedtongue.Thetrailingindicationisgi
