本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規

定起草。

本文件是GB/T35150《新型干法水泥生產成套裝備技術要求》的第6部分。GB/T35150已經發

布了以下部分:

—第1部分:生料制備系統;

—第2部分:燒成系統;

—第3部分:水泥制備系統;

—第4部分:水泥窯協同處置系統;

—第5部分:除塵系統;

—第6部分:脫硫系統;

—第7部分:脫硝系統。

引言

新型干法水泥生產技術是以懸浮預熱預分解技術為核心,利用熱力工程、粉體工程、流體力學等現

代科學理論和技術,并采用計算機及網絡化信息技術進行水泥生產的綜合技術,其成套裝備由各相對獨

立的工藝系統設備組成,主要包括原料破碎均化、生料制備、燃料制備、水泥窯協同處置、熟料燒成、

水泥制備、除塵、脫硫、脫硝、過程控制、包裝發運等系統設備。

目前我國水泥裝備單機設備及技術已經達到國際先進水平,但基于系統解決方案的成套設備在面向

用戶的服務方面亟須規范支持。隨著國內水泥成套裝備出口及工程總承包規模擴大,成套裝備的系統性

標準需求也逐漸增強。制定新型干法水泥成套裝備標準的目的在于完善面向用戶的水泥成套裝備標準體

系,為水泥工業高質量發展提供技術支撐,更好地引導行業向綠色低碳、智能制造等方向發展,同時支

撐我國水泥成套裝備出口。

本文件用于處置水泥生產過程中含硫煙(廢)氣,實現對煙(廢)氣中SO2的脫除,以保證達到大

氣污染物排放標準。本文件的制定為水泥工業綠色低碳高質量發展提供技術支撐。

GB/T35150擬由七個部分構成。

—第1部分:生料制備系統。目的在于規范新型干法水泥生產成套裝備中生料制備系統的裝備構

成、技術要求、安全環保要求、安裝驗收、調試和性能測試及交貨文件。

—第2部分:燒成系統。目的在于規范新型干法水泥生產成套裝備中燒成系統的裝備構成、技術

要求、安全環保要求、安裝驗收、調試和性能測試及交貨文件。

—第3部分:水泥制備系統。目的在于規范新型干法水泥生產成套裝備中水泥制備系統的裝備構

成、技術要求、安全和環保、安裝驗收與調試、性能測試及交貨文件。

—第4部分:水泥窯協同處置系統。目的在于規范新型干法水泥生產成套裝備中水泥窯協同處置

系統的系統裝備構成與性能指標、技術要求、安全和環保、安裝驗收、調試和性能測試及交貨

文件。

—第5部分:除塵系統。目的在于規范新型干法水泥生產成套裝備中除塵系統的裝備分類、構

成、技術要求、安全和環保、安裝驗收與調試、性能測試及交貨文件。

—第6部分:脫硫系統。目的在于規范新型干法水泥生產成套裝備中脫硫系統的裝備分類、構

成、技術要求、安全和環保、安裝驗收與調試、性能測試及交貨文件。

—第7部分:脫硝系統。目的在于規范新型干法水泥生產成套裝備中脫硝系統的裝備分類、構

成、技術要求、安全和環保、安裝驗收與調試、性能測試及交貨文件。

1范圍

本文件規定了新型干法水泥生產成套裝備脫硫系統的分類、構成、技術要求、安全和環保、安裝驗

收與調試、性能測試及交貨文件。

本文件適用于新型干法水泥生產成套裝備中脫硫系統的設計、制造、安裝驗收和性能測試。

2規范性引用文件
