前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規

定起草。

本文件代替GA/T1130—2013《道路交通管理業務自助服務系統技術規范》,與GA/T1130—

2013相比,除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

a)更改了系統架構的要求(見第4章,2013年版的第4章);

b)更改了自助服務終端的硬件要求(見5.1,2013年版的5.1和5.2);

c)更改了自助服務終端的硬件技術要求(見5.1.3,2013年版的5.4.1);

d)增加了自助服務終端的電源適應性要求(見5.4);

e)更改了自助終端應用軟件的基本功能要求(見7.2.1,2013年版的7.2.1);

f)更改了自助終端應用軟件的擴展功能要求(見7.2.2,2013年版的7.2.2);

g)更改了自助終端應用軟件的機動車業務功能要求(見7.2.3.2,2013年版的7.2.5);

h)更改了自助終端應用軟件的駕駛證業務功能要求(見7.2.3.3,2013年版的7.2.6);

i)更改了自助終端應用軟件的交通違法處理功能要求(見7.2.3.4,2013年版的7.2.7);

j)更改了自助服務前置軟件的功能要求(見7.3.1,2013年版的7.3.1);

k)刪除了自助服務前置軟件的數據加密要求(見2013年版的7.3.5);

l)刪除了自助服務前置軟件的日志和審計要求(見2013年版的7.3.6);

m)更改了自助服務后置軟件的功能要求(見7.4.2,2013年版的7.4.1);

n)增加了系統安全性要求(見第9章);

o)更改了自助服務應用軟件檢測要求(見11.3,2013年版的10.6);

p)增加了系統安全性檢測要求(見11.5)。

本文件規定了道路交通管理業務自助服務系統的架構,自助服務終端、接入系統、應用軟件技術要

求,以及數據信息規范、系統安全性要求,資料要求和驗證要求。

本文件適用于道路交通管理業務自助服務系統的開發、建設和檢測。
