7.2違約金計算方式為：違約金額×違約天數×1%。

第八條爭議解決

8.1雙方在履行本合同過程中發生的爭議，應首先通過友好協商解決；如協商不成，任何一方均有權向項目所在地有管轄權的人民法院提起訴訟。

第九條合同的生效、變更與解除

9.1本合同自雙方簽字（或蓋章）之日起生效，有效期至合同約定的工程竣工驗收合格之日止。

9.2合同的變更或解除，應經雙方協商一致，并簽訂書面協議。

9.3合同生效后，如遇國家政策調整、法律法規變化等不可抗力因素，雙方可協商對本合同進行修改或補充。

第十條保密條款

第十一條附加條款

6.2TheContractorshalldoagoodjobinenvironmentalprotectionattheconstructionsite,complywithenvironmentalprotectionregulations,andensurethattheimpactoftheconstructionprocessontheenvironmentisminimized.

Article7:BreachofContractLiability

7.1Thepartiesshallstrictlyperformallthetermsofthiscontract,andifanypartybreachesthecontract,itshallbearthebreachofcontractliability,paythebreachofcontractamounttotheinjuredparty,andcompensateforthelossescausedbythebreachofcontract.

Article8:DisputeResolution

Article9:ContractEntryintoForce,Change,andTermination

9.2Thechangeorterminationofthecontractshallbesubjecttotheconsentofbothpartiesandshallbeevidencedbyawrittenagreement.

9.3Ifthereareanychangesorsupplementstothiscontractduetotheadjustmentofnationalpolicies,changesinlawsandregulations,andotheruncontrollablefactors,thepartiesshallbeentitledtomodifyorsupplementthiscontract.

Article10:ConfidentialityClause

10.1Thepartiesshallkeepconfidentialthebusinesssecrets,technicalsecrets,andotherinformationoftheotherpartyduringthenegotiationandperformanceofthiscontract,andshallnotdisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorconsentoftheotherparty.

10.2Theconfidentialityperiodshallbecalculatedfromthesigningdateofthiscontracttotheacceptancedateoftheproject.

Article11:AdditionalProvisions

11.1Mattersnotprovidedforinthiscontractshallbesupplementedbysupplementaryagreements,whichshallhavethesamelegaleffectasthiscontract.
