引言

食品飲料等行業的快速發展離不開包裝,PET瓶以其價格便宜、重量輕、易于成型、性能良好、

便于運輸等優勢,得到了廣泛使用。為了構建高質量現代化經濟體系、解決污染問題,推廣輕量化

PET瓶包裝技術將是減少資源浪費和環境污染的重要途徑。

應用輕量化PET瓶吹瓶成型模具吹制PET瓶旨在降低碳排放,包括但不限于以下幾種方式:對瓶

型進行輕量化設計制造,減少相同瓶型單個PET瓶的原料使用量;減輕吹瓶模具質量,降低吹瓶模具

驅動能耗,提升吹瓶機生產效率;降低吹瓶壓力,減少吹瓶耗氣量,降低吹瓶氣體生產能耗;降低熱灌

裝瓶模溫,減少模具加熱能耗;提高額定產能,降低單位產能的碳排放;使用輕量化PET瓶作為包

裝,減少儲運質量,降低物流環節的碳排放。輕量化瓶吹瓶模具的推廣應用,可大大降低單個PET瓶

對應的碳排放量,推動食品飲料等行業綠色、低碳發展。

技術要求

1范圍

本文件規定了輕量化PET瓶吹瓶成型模具的型號、型式、基本參數與工作條件、技術要求、檢驗規

則、標志、包裝、運輸與貯存,并描述了相應的試驗方法。

本文件適用于食品飲料行業用輕量化PET瓶吹瓶成型模具(以下簡稱“輕量化瓶模具”)的設計、

制造、檢驗等,日化、醫藥等領域可參照使用。

下列文件中的內容通過文中的規范性引用而構成本文件必不可少的條款。其中,注日期的引用文
