機電畢業論文范文(篇十一)我系機電一體化技術專業是省教育廳批準于2002年開始招生的。培養目標是：本專業培養德、智、體、美全面發展，熟悉安全標準和規范，掌握機電專業必備的基礎理論和專門知識，能夠從事機電一體化設備操作、組裝、調試、維護、檢修、技術改造和銷售等崗位工作，具有從事本職業領域實際工作的基本技能和基本能力，德、智、體等方面全面發展的高端技能型專門人才。圍繞這一目標，我們認真實施了教學計劃，現總結如下：

1.嚴格落實課堂教學計劃，提高課堂教學效果

課堂教學是主要的教學活動之一，是提高教學質量的關鍵環節，必須抓緊、抓實、抓好。我們通過上公開課、示范課和老師之間互相聽課，互相學習，共同提高。2002年以來，我校開展了一系列教學評獎活動，如：我系朱建平（2005年）、孫紅霞（2008年），分別獲得東營科技職業學院青年教師講課比賽一等獎。其次，我們安排講師以上職稱的教師和具有碩士學位的教師擔任本專業主要課程的教學。另外，根據學院的相關規定，我們安排老教師擔任新進和青年教師的授課導師，指導青年老師備課及上課，迅速提高青年老師的授課水平及教學效果。

2.精心挑選教材

教材是教學內容的載體。教材的質量關系到教學內容的深度、廣度和準確度。教材應該溶傳統性、時代性、先進性、前瞻性于一體。帶著這種理念，我們專業全部課程都采用了“十二五”或“十一五”家級規劃教材和教育部規劃教材。

3.切實抓好教學實習和實習基地建設

教育實習是檢查教學效果的重要環節之一，實習基地建設是抓好教育實習的重要保證。因此，我系對機電一體化技術專業的教育實習高度重視、周密部署，安排有教學經驗的老師指導教學實習，教學實習效果深受實習單位好評。我系與東營泰星模具有限公司、東營萬通模具有限公司、山東

博瑞制動有限公司、山東東營匯豐集團、山東恒豐橡膠有限公司、山東鴻亦機械有限公司、山東華簾集團、企業簽訂了實習協議，并把這些學校作為我系重點建設的實習基地。實習基地的建立為我系教育實習工作的順利進行提供了很多有利條件。

4.優化教學內容，創新教學手段

為了使教學內容符合學生畢業后就業的需要，我系曾多次下企業進行企業調研，修改專業培養方案，不斷調整課程設置和課時分配；為了更新知識，我系采用了全國最新編寫、出版的優秀教材，絕大多數教材是“十二五”國家級規劃教材。為提提高教學效果，我系配備了12個專業實訓室，多媒體教室等。我系絕大多數教師能用現代教育技術進行教學，能用電腦收集教學資料、進行課堂教學和從事科研教改活動。

5.重視課程設計和課程改革

課程設計最能培養學生的運用知識的能力，課程改革是深化教學改革的重要內容。經過反復論證以及不斷的實踐和摸索，根據社會經濟發展的需要，我系不斷完善機電一體化技術專業教學內容和課程體系。在調整專業培養方案時，把夯實學生專業基本功作為第一要物，把學生的知識和技能最大程度的融合，把培養學生的技能貫穿于始終。其一，加強課程的實用性和針對性，使課程設置更加符合國家專業課程標準。其二，注重專業知識的傳授和技能訓練有機的結合，提高了課程的效益。其三，積極開設新課和改造現有課程，重點摸索如何培養學生的實際運用能力，鍛煉學生的思維能力和創新能力。同時，在確保專業技能訓練課的前提下，加大選修課開設力度加強科學技術知識教育。目前機電一體化技術專業培養方案的幾大模塊在課程設置、教學進程、學時學分的分配上合理，符合機電一體化技術專業人才的要求，可行性強。機電專業基礎課開得比較扎實，有利于培養學生扎實的專業基本功；方向課能反映出不同方向的主要核心課程，選修課有利于拓展學生的知識面、提高學習興趣，有利于人文素質和科學素質提高，有利于培養學生的創新精神和實踐能力。

6.抓好畢業論文的指導與設計

我系成立了畢業論文評審工作領導小組，負責學生畢業論文指導、質量監控等工作。以確保畢業論文質量符合培養目標和教學要求。

1）由系主任張震和主管教學的副主任陳為全負責畢業論文指導的組織與管理，制定了一系列有關畢業論文(設計)的工作實施方案、論文寫作規范與要求，對畢業論文工作做了具體布置,對選題、資料調研、開題報告、論文撰寫、論文答辯等環節都作了嚴格、具體、規范的要求；

2）挑選科研能力較強、工作認真負責、具有講師及以上技術職稱或者碩士學位的教師指導畢業論文。

3）對學生論文寫作及教師指導工作進行階段性檢查，論文分一、二、三稿和最后定稿，每一稿都要求學生認真寫作和修改，老師要提出自己的修改意見。

4）認真嚴格組織論文答辯工作。將學生分成多個小組進行論文答辯。每個答辯組至少有三個答辯老師，對答辯不合格的學生需要重新組織答辯，重新答辯不合格的學生扣發畢業證。

7.加強課程建設和專業建設

在繼續原有的院級精品課程《電氣控制與PLC》的基礎上，《電工電子技術》課程正在積極申報院級精品課程。各門課程的課程標準已得到完善。學校領導高度重視，學科、專業定位準確，全系教師密切配合，專業學科建設正朝著健康有序的方向發展。

8.加強教研室建設，開展教改、教研活動

教研室是教學的基層單位，根據我系的教學需要和實際情況，我系現有機械和電氣自動化兩個教研室。每年各教研室都制定了教研室計劃，并按計劃開展一系列的教改教研活動（不得少于10次）。我系的常規教學以教研室為單位開展，檢查教學計劃執行的情況，組織公開課、示范課教學和教案檢查，開展以教學為中心的課外活動等等。

9.加強綜合能力和綜合素質的培養

為了培養學生的綜合能力和綜合素質，我系開展了一系列的、有特色的課外活動，如：校內專業技能比賽、學術講座等活動，系還成立了創業社團，每年組織外語戲劇演出，這些活動有利于提高學生的專業水平，有利于培養學生的綜合素質，有利于把我系素質教育推向前進。同時，我系不斷修改教學計劃，增開很多選修課程，調整課時分配，其目的是培養學生的綜合能力，改進學生的知識結構，增強學生在市場上的競爭力，提高學生畢業后的就業率。
