現在的電子計算機網絡的發展的速度越來越快,逐步形成了新的一種貿易的模式,新的貿易模式是以電子商務為重要的核心內容的管理經營理念,變化了傳統的經營理念與管理理念。在經濟發展越來越快速的當今社會,電子商務的發展保持著快速增加與持續增加的勢頭,電子商務也慢慢成為帶動各國家經濟發展的引擎,也逐步的成為將來一段時間內經濟發展有下列幾條因素:B2C現在我國的物流行業的發展相對于西方比較發達的國家的物流行業尚有很大的一段距離,物流配送水平能夠提高的空間還很大,在物流配送體系中,物流公共基礎設施還不完善,物流公司的管理制度還不夠健全,規范化的程度還很低,正由于這些因素造成大大增加了物流配送的難度。現在我國正處在電子商務快速發展的時期,而物流的問題也越發成為電子商務活動中的比較核心一環。在現在的環境下,困難與機遇并存,我國公司應當做到的是面對機遇要能夠好好的把握住,因此,這就要規定我們公司本身要重視對能力的提高,通過實踐進行對現在物流與配送體系的研究,進而能夠增進公司物流的運作效率,這是當今電子商務發展所需要滿足的規定。但就現在來看,電子商務物物流配送的問題成為了公司最迫切需要是選擇第三方物流的模式還是選擇自營物流的模式,亦或者選擇其它的物增進電子商務物流發展為前提的。B2C來,多種網上購物網站提供了大量的商品種類為滿足消費的的需求,而如今電子商務的發展越來越快,但是物流的發展還很滯后,這就造成物流的發展跟不上電子商務的發展。現如今電子商務公司需要越來越高的物流配送水平,而對于現在我們的物流系統發展還相對落后的,如何才干夠進一步減少物流配送的成本,從而使物流配送的效率得到提高,進而減少配送過程中所出現的錯誤率的物流配送的體系,已經成為了電子商務能夠正常快速進行與發展的重要前提。在現如今網絡的的迅猛快速發展,電子商務的發展勢頭迅猛,從而使得各個電子商務公司之間的競爭也愈來愈激烈,同時大多數電子商務公司也逐步開始意識到了物流配送環節的重要性,能否減少物流配送的成本成為了減少成本的一種核心因素。在電子商務發展中,該如何選擇物流配送模式,選擇什么樣的物流配送模式,也成為了電子商務公司的一種戰略性問題。因此,本次我們就針對京東商城的實際案例來對電子商務物流模式的選擇進行具體的研究,通過對京東商城的具體探討不同物流模式之間的異同,選擇如何的物流整合方式才干提高物流效率,進而能夠實現資源的合理配備。同時通對過京東自建物流配送的模式的具體研究,能夠對我國電子商務公司發展中可能會碰到的物流問題提供一定的參考意見。務,從而能夠為公司增強本身的競爭力。(3)與國外的物流發展水平還存在著差距,隨著經濟全球化越來越進一步,我全托管模式(FPB(FPB就是把對物流方面的工作完全的交給京東商城京東商城把該商家的商品在京東商城上展示并公布其具體信息與價格,并在自己的倉庫內進行備貨,當消費者在京東商城下單后,京東確認其訂單后,直接從倉庫開始進行調貨,并且由京東商城開具發票,京東商城在第一時間內進行發貨,在交易結束后京東商城才與商家進行結算。商家根據查看京東商城的庫存信息后,從而能夠及時對缺貨的貨品進行補給,以免發生供貨局限性的事件發生。這種模式能夠在物流配送的過程中減少物流城所提出的“211LPBSOLPSOLPLPB京東會給商家一盒獨立操作的后臺,商家也不用提前備貨,有商家擬定訂LPB是原來由京東商城開具給消費者的發票變更為商家開具給消費者,除此之LPBSOPSOP負責給商家提供產品展示銷售的平臺,訂單解決、物流配送以及后期的售后服務全由商家自己完畢,但商家必須根據京東商城的規定在十二小時內SOP但是與此同時,由于是有商家自行發貨,自行進行物流配送,因此就會造成物流速度有可能會慢,不能夠完全保障能夠及時送到消費者手中。23200在京東商城在全國的物流園區的布局完畢,電子商務產業園區不僅能夠增進公司的發展,通過是也能夠有助于物流創新。京東商城已經逐步建成自己的物流網,通過產業物流園的建成,京東商城大大提高了本身的物10更多的顧客在一二線以外的都市,有著巨大的商機。于是京東通過“先鋒站“京東幫“村民代理”等等一系列舉措為了能夠實現對三
