ForwardinteriorpartsofthepassengercompartmentabovetheleveloftheinstrumentpanelinfrontofthefrontseatHpoints,excludingthesidedoors.5.1.1.Thereferencezonedefinedinpoint2.3abovemustnotcontainanydangerousroughnessorsharpedgeslikelytoincreasetheriskofseriousinjurytotheoccupants.Thosepartsreferredtoinpoints5.1.2to5.1.6hereaftershallbedeemedsatisfactoryiftheycomplywiththerequirementsthereof.共72頁第11頁1974L0060—中文—2000年4月8日—002.001B2.6.?M1“裝飾帶線”指的是車輛側窗下部透明輪廓所構成的線?。2.7.?M1“活動頂蓬車輛”指的是除了前車頂支撐及/或翻車擋桿及/或座椅安全帶固定點之外，裝飾帶線以上的車體部分其它配置中沒有剛性部分的車輛?。2.8.?M1“敞篷車輛”指的是車頂或者部分車頂通過折疊或者打開，或者滑動的方式離開車輛裝飾帶線以上結構組成部分的車輛?。M12.9.“折疊（向上翻起）式座椅”指的是不經常使用，通常折疊起來以免擋道的輔助座椅，M22.10.“電動車窗”指的是由車輛電源開閉的車窗，2.11.“電動車頂板系統”指的是車頂上由車輛電源控制通過滑動或者傾斜運動閉合的可移動板，不包括活動頂蓬系統，2.12.“電動隔墻系統”指的是將客車車廂分為至少兩部分的系統，該系統由車輛電源控制，2.13.“開口”指的是從車輛內部觀察，對于隔墻系統從座艙后部觀察時，電動車窗、隔墻或車頂板上緣或者前沿（根據閉合方向而定）與形成該車窗、隔墻或車頂板邊界的車輛結構之間的最大無障礙孔口。為了測量一個開口，應從車輛內部，或者適當時從座艙后部通過該開口放置一根柱形試驗桿（不施加力），通常該試驗桿垂直于車窗、車頂板或隔墻，如圖1所示。3. 車型的歐共體型式認證申請3.1.依據《70/156/EEC指令》第三條第（4）款就某車型內部裝飾件申請歐共體認證該車型時，由制造商提交有關申請。3.2.附錄1中給出了信息資料文件的式樣。3.3.應將下述各項提交給負責實施車型試驗的技術部門：3.3.1.根據制造商自己的判斷，提交待認證車型的車輛樣本，或者提交本指令的規定試驗和檢驗中必不可少的車輛部分；3.3.2.根據前述技術部門的請求，提交使用材料的某些組成部分和某些樣本。（4.）5. 規格5.1.前排座椅H點前方座艙前部儀表板水平之上的內部飾件，不包括側門5.1.1.在第2.3項中規定的參考區域內，不得有任何可能增加乘員受到嚴重傷害風險的危險粗糙物或者鋒利邊緣。如果下文第5.1.2至5.1.6項中提及的部分符合其要求，應將這些部分視為符合要求。共72頁第12頁1974L0060—EN—08.04.2000—002.001B5.1.2.Vehiclepartswithinthereferencezonewiththeexceptionofthosewhicharenotpartoftheinstrumentpanelandwhichareplacedatlessthan10cmfromglazedsurfacesshallbeenergy-dissipatingasprescribedinAnnexIII.Thosepartswithinthereferencezonewhichsatisfybothofthefollowingconditionsshallalsobeexcludedfromconsideration:—if,duringatestinaccordancewiththerequirementsofAnnexIII,thependulummakescontactwithpartsoutsidethereferencezone;and—ifthepartstobetestedareplacedlessthan10cmawayfromthepartscontactedoutsidethereferencezone,thisdistancebeingmeasuredonthesurfaceofthereferencezone;anymetalsupportfittingsshallhavenoprotrudingedges.5.1.3.Theloweredgeoftheinstrumentpanel,unlessitmeetstherequirementsofpoint5.1.2above,shallberoundedtoaradiusofcurvatureofnotlessthan19mm.5.1.4.Switches,pull-knobs,etc,madeofrigidmaterial,which,measuredinaccordancewiththemethoddescribedinAnnexVfrom3.2mmto9.5mmfromthepanel,shallhaveacross-sectionalareaofnotlessthan2cm2,measured2.5mmfromthepointprojectingfurthest,andshallhaveroundededgeswitharadiusofcurvatureofnotlesthan2.5mm.5.1.5.Ifthesecomponentsprojectbymorethan9.5mmfromthesurfaceoftheinstrumentpanel,theyshallbesodesignedandconstructedastobeable,undertheeffectofalongitudinalhorizontalforceof37.8daNdeliveredbyaflatendedramofnotmorethan50mmdiametereithertoretractintothesurfaceofthepaneluntiltheydonotprojectbymorethan9.5mmortobecomedetached;inthelattercasenodangerousprojectionsofmorethan9.5mmshallremain;across-sectionnotmorethan6.5mmfromthepointofmaximumprojectionshallbenotlessthan6.50cm2inarea.5.1.6.Inthecaseofaprojectionconsistingofacomponentmadeofnon-rigidmaterialoflessthan50shoreAhardnessmountedonarigidsupport,therequirementsofpoints5.1.4and5.1.5shallapplyonlytotherigidsupport.5.2. ForwardinteriorpartsofthepassengercompartmentbelowtheleveloftheinstrumentpanelandinfrontofthefrontseatHpoints,excludingthesidedoorsandthepedals5.2.1.ExceptforthepedalsandtheirfixturesandthosecomponentsthatcannotbecontactedbythedevicedescribedinAnnexVIandusedinaccordancewiththeproceduredescribedtherein,componentscoveredbypoint5.2shallcomplywiththerequirementsofpoints5.1.4to5.1.6above.5.2.2.Thehand-brakecontrol,ifmountedonorundertheinstrumentpanel,shallbesoplacedthat,whenitisreleased,thereisnopossibilityofoccupantsofthevehicle’scontactingitintheeventofafrontalimpact.Ifthisconditionisnotmet,thesurfaceareaofthecontrolshallsatisfytherequirementsofpointbelow.5.2.3.Shelvesandothersimilaritemsshallbesodesignedandconstructedthattheirsupportsinnocasehaveprotrudingedgesandtheymeetoneorotherofthefollowingconditions:.thepartfacingintothevehicleshallpresentasurfacenotlessthan25mmhighwithedgesroundedtoaradiusofcurvatureofnotlessthan3.2mm.Thissurfaceshall?C2becoveredwithorconstitutedofanenergy-dissipatingmaterial?asdefinedinAnnexIII,andshallbetestedinaccordancetherewith,theimpactbeingappliedinahorizontallongitudinaldirection..
