Introduction

高血壓是一種廣泛存在于全球人群中的慢性疾病,其病因復雜,且容易導致多種心血管并發癥。據統計,高血壓是導致心腦血管病死亡率增高的危險因素之一。因此,尋找有效的治療手段,對于防治高血壓和其相關并發癥具有重要意義。

黃芩苷作為一種中藥活性成分,已被廣泛應用于治療高血壓、冠心病等心血管疾病。然而,其作用機制一直不為人所知。本文旨在探討黃芩苷抗高血壓及改善血管功能的作用機制。

Materialsandmethods

動物實驗

本實驗使用48只雄性Wistar大鼠,將其隨機分為三組:正常對照組、高血壓模型組和黃芩苷治療組。在制作高血壓模型后,將黃芩苷治療組大鼠灌胃給予黃芩苷,每天一次,持續4周。

血管結構和功能的評價
