2011年，利用其中山東科技大學的低溫溶解法技術在萬山區進行中試生產，生產出硫酸銨鉀礦物復合肥、硫酸鉀、吸收白炭黑等十二種國內外市場大量需求的緊俏產品，其不溶性含鉀巖石綜合利用后不存在剩余物。中試生產出的系列產品Trialproducts

In2011,weappliedthelow-temperaturedissolutiontechniquedevelopedbyShandongUniversityofScienceandTechnologytothepilotproductionofWanshanDistrict,whichsuccessfullyproducedammoniumsulfatepotashmineralfertilizer,potashsulfate,theabsorptionofsilicaandothertwelvecommoditiesthatareingreatneedinbothdomesticandforeignmarkets.Andwhatworthnotedisthatafterbeingused,theinsolublepotassiumrocksbasicallydonotproduceanyresiduedumps.投入342美元/噸，產出為574美元/噸，利潤為232美元/噸。效益結論為：Conclusion：Withthetotalinvestment342U.S.dollars/ton,wewillgetanoutputofUS$574/ton;theprofitmaybeUS$232/ton.

貴州省科技廳組織國內行業專家進行科技成果論證，結論是國際先進。為此已獲列入貴州省科技支撐工業十大產業振興計劃。

為大力發掘萬山區的鉀巖石資源，萬山區政府決定通過招商引資形成產業集團進行規模生產。

ToexpoitTongren’spotassiumrockresources,theMunicipalGovernmentdecidedtogetintofullproductionthroughattractinginvestmenttoformindustrialgroup.

擬招10家以上企業，共建10條以上年加工1000萬噸以上的生產線進行生產。

Itaimstoemploymorethan10enterprisestobuildmorethan10productionlineswithayearlyprocessingcapabilityof10milliontons.

按3000美元/噸投入密度,每個企業投資額為3億美元，年產值5.7億美元，年利稅1.83億美元。三年內可收回全部成本。

Supposetheinvestmentamountis3000U.S.dollars/ton,andeachenterprise’samountis$300,000,000,theannualoutputwillbe$570,000,000withanannualprofittaxof$183,000,000.Theproductioncostwillberecoveredwithinthreeyears.

招商政策：企業生產用地征地費只收取上繳省里和支付農戶的部分,保證工業及生活用水、用電和通路,所取鉀巖石只適當收取其礦山資源補償費。
