1、- -2如因甲方產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題或不能按期交貨(排除不可抗力因素導(dǎo)致不能按期交 貨)引起乙方客戶(hù)退貨、換貨，致使乙方違約并蒙受經(jīng)濟(jì)損失時(shí)，由甲方負(fù)責(zé)解 決，承擔(dān)退貨、換貨責(zé)任以及由此產(chǎn)生的其他相關(guān)損失。In case of product quality problems or Part A failure to deliver the products on schedule (excluding force majeure factors), Party B s customers need to return or replace the product which results in e
