15、活動。一方面必 須保護供應商的產品能保質保量地轉移給用戶，滿足供應商的要求；另一方面按 用戶要求完成商品的送交任務，滿足用戶的要求。以經濟的手段，向用戶提供滿 足要求的質量服務。倉庫質量管理1.倉儲質量的內容1）儲存物資的質量貨物在倉儲和轉移過程中應該得到保護，使貨物的質量在倉儲活動中，能夠 被有效地維持，最后實現對用戶的質量保證。對用戶的質量保證不僅依賴于 生產，而且也依賴于倉儲物流。2）服務質量倉儲的質量目標，也就是其服務質量，即滿足用戶要求。倉儲服務質量的具體衡量指標，主要是：時間、本錢、數量和質量。3）倉儲工作質量工作質量指的是倉儲各環節、各工種、各崗位具體工作的質量。為實現總的 服務
