3、that their clothes were easily broken, he decided to use special cloth to make pants for the minersThese pants proved so popular that he quickly ran out of materials to make moreIn 1873, Strauss received a letter from Jacob Davis who had invented a process of connecting pockets with metal rivets(鉚釘)

4、This made the pants last a long timeBecause Davis did not have the money to patent(專利) his idea, he offered to share it with Strauss if Strauss would agree to pay for the patent 4 The business has been growing ever since and Levi Strauss company is now one of the largest clothing companies in the wo

Here is some advice on healthy eating.Eat with others. 1

7、If you usually eat with your parents, you will find that the food you eat is more delicious. 2 Ask yourself if you are really hungry. Have a glass of water to see if you are thirstysometimes you are just thirsty, you need no food. Stop eating before you feel full.Eat breakfast. Breakfast is the most

After you dont eat for the past ten hours, your body needs food to get you going. 3 Eat healthy snacks like fruits, yogurt or cheese. 4 In fact, its a good idea to eat two healthy snacks between your three meals .This doesnt mean that you can eat a bag of chips instead of

9、 a meal. 5 With our busy life, we always put off eating dinner until the last minute. Try to eat dinner at least 3 hours before you go to bed. 12、ly, but dont let them focus on those fears.Help them get organized. Help your teen think about what he/she has to study and plan accordingly. 2 Provide a calm setting. Help your teen set up a quiet place to study and protect his/her privacy. Give them a proper diet. 3 . Exam stress can make some tee

13、ns lose their appetite.If this happens, encourage your teen to eat light meals or sandwiches. A healthy diet, rather than junk food, is best for reducing stress. 4 . Persuade your teenager to get some sleep and/or do something active when he/she needs a real break from studying. Making time for rela

14、xation, fun, and exercise are all important in reducing stress. Show a positive attitude. Parents attitude will have an important effect on their teens. 5 .
