2、平考試 BULATS:Business Language Testing Service (2000年引進) WTO 和 EnglishWTO: World Trade Organization世界貿易組織-其職責是管理世界經濟和貿易秩序,目標是建立一個完整的、與貨物、服務、貿易有關的投資及知識產權等更具活力和更持久的多邊體系。加入世貿就是接受和采納國際規范行為,置身于國際管理秩序和體系。English 是國際通用語言。語言也是行為,也有國際性和規范性問題。可見,運用國際通用語言,遵循國際游戲規則,開展國際活動,都是在同一軌道上,不可分離。我國入世之后,社會需求變了,人才標準變了,教學觀念、培
3、養目標、教學內容和方法等也要相應改變。英語教學要側重語言的功能和交際的技能,而不是局限在語言的符號系統和語言知識。英語教學要培養用英語做事的本領,而不是考試做題的本事。學英語要改text為task,改“懂know”為“會can”;改“學study”為“干do”。語言的工具性、人文性、教育性決定了語言與認知、思維、社會、交際和素質等有千絲萬縷的聯系。語言學習是刺激反應的過程;是培養技能的過程;是體驗交際的過程;是情感經歷的過程;是文化學習的過程;包括彼此的文化和多元文化,總之是人生經歷的過程。 “語言學習企業”“企業” :人們為獲得利益通過努力掙得知識、技能、利潤、業績和經歷的場所。-劍橋國際英

In other words, people are generally capable in their areas of technical expertise; but they frequently fail because of their inability to speak and write effectively and be
