16、木器漆(固化劑) 150200 預處理、面漆噴涂(底漆、內面漆、外面漆)工藝環節仍以使用溶劑型涂料為主,底漆中VOCs質量含量約為17.9%25%,面漆中VOCs質量含量約為25%70%。還需添加10%20%的稀釋劑,主要成分為甲苯、二甲苯,其次還有甲基異丁基酮、異丁醇、醋酸丁酯等)含VOCs油漆使用情況集裝箱涂裝工藝流程及VOCs產污環節集裝箱涂裝VOCs廢氣產生情況有機廢氣風量大;裝箱涂裝工藝過程中,主要漆房廢氣的流量在10萬12萬m3/h以上。有害物質主要是甲苯、二甲苯等苯系物。集裝箱涂裝工藝過程產生的甲苯、二甲苯濃度在500mg/m3左右。以1條集裝箱生產線為例計算,噴漆廢氣中的總VO
17、Cs濃度波動范圍為4002000mg/m3。集裝箱涂裝VOCs控制技術使用環保涂料 水性涂料高固體分涂料改進涂裝工藝減少涂料使用量減少溶劑揮發量末端VOCs治理技術吸附冷凝法吸收溶解法燃燒法等離子凈化技術全部使用水性涂料,單箱VOCs產生量降低85%使用高固體分涂料,單箱VOCs產生量下降20%單箱減排VOCs15%采用冷凝法、吸收溶解法,VOCs吸收率可達到90%以上;采用燃燒、等離子凈化技術,末端VOCs處理量達到95%項目直接燃燒法催化燃燒法蓄熱燃燒法濃縮+燃燒法處理方法直接燃燒,操作溫度650760低溫催化接觸氧化法,操作溫度300400燃燒室中產生的熱用熱交換器儲存,操作溫度8009
