3、ears .They have some basic English knowledge, but some of them are also poor in reading and writing .(一)Teaching aims (教學目標) (1) To enable the students to listen , speak , read , write and use new words ：have a cold, have a toothache, have a fever, hurt, have a headache, have a sore throat.(2) To en

4、able the students to listen , speak and understand the sentence patterns: “ Whats the matter, Mike? I feel sick. I have a fever.”and use it correctly.（二）. The key-points of this lesson（重點）The students study and use some new words ：have a cold, have a toothache, have a fever, hurt, have a headache, h

Difficult points（難點）The students can understand the meaning of the new sentence patterns and use them in situations correctly. 三、Teachi

Extension(拓展練習部分)(1) 表演情景劇（設計意圖：這部分的設計用來檢測學生是否能在真實語境中使用目標語言，也訓練了學生使用語言的能力，培養學生合作意識。）(2) 讓學生幫朋友寫請假條（設計意圖：寫作部分的設計是用來訓練六年級學生的寫作能力，培養孩子們幫助他人的情感。）五、Talk about thinking of my teaching(教學反思)In this lesson, I used TPR ,Games and so on to attract students interests . It trains students abilities of listening , speaking , reading and writing. The shortcomings of my lesson is in the writing process, because we have no more time to pay attention to the weaker student
