28、秩序，提高工作效率，保證員工身體健康及合法權益，依據國家有關規定，結合公司實際狀況，特制定本方法。本方法適用于公司全體員工。員工考勤、請假、休假及調休由人力資源部負責管理。其次章 考勤管理公司原則上實行五天工作制，每天工作八小時（即：上午8:00-12:00，下午2:00-6:00）。每周工作40小時，各部門若須要調整上班時間，由部門提出申請，報總經理同意后執行。公司主見按時間完成工作任務，不激勵加班加點工作。公司實行雙休制度（即：周六、日公休）。員工必需仔細遵守上下班時間，不得無故遲到、早退或曠工，未經允許不得擅離崗位。公司實行指紋錄入制度，全體員工上下班必需錄入指紋（長期外派人員或商務部人

31、。其它節日按國家規定執行。法定節日適逢公休假日，順延補假。（三）病假：1、年累計不得超過30天。住院者以6個月為限。但患重大疾病須要長期療養，經總經理特殊批準者不在此限。特準病假以一年為限。工傷除外。（假期不含公休假日和法定節日）。2、員工請病假超過一天，在銷假時需出具醫院或診所開具的休假證明予以確認，凡無證明者一律按事假處理。 （四）事假：事假原則上不得超過10天/年，續假不得超過3天。臨時發生意外等不行抗力事務經核實者除外。（假期不含公休假日和法定節日）。（五）婚假：1、員工達到法定年齡結婚，享受3天婚假。2、員工如屬晚婚（男滿25周歲，女滿23周歲）條件符合的婚假為15天（含法定婚假）。

32、再婚人員婚假為3天（不享受晚婚假）。3、路途另計路程假。4、假期不含公休假日和法定節日。5、員工請婚假，在銷假時憑結婚證明予以確認，凡無證明者一律按事假處理。6、婚假必需在結婚年度內支配運用。7、員工必需是在本公司工作期間內所注冊登記結婚的，方可享有婚假。（六）喪假：1、員工直系親屬（父母、配偶、子女、岳父母、兄妹）去世者，賜予3天喪假。2、路途另計路程假。3、假期不含公休假日和法定節日。4、員工請喪假，在銷假時憑死亡證明予以確認，凡無證明者一律按事假處理。（七）產假：1、女員工符合國家支配生育政策生育時享受90-150天產假（即在本公司工齡不滿3年的女職工，產假為90天；在本公司工齡滿3年但

33、不滿5年的女職工，產假為120天；在公司工齡滿5年及以上的女職工，產假為150天），其中產前休假15天。2、晚育者、難產或剖腹產者可享受產假增加15天產假；多胞胎生育者每多一胎多加15天的產假。3、男員工在其合法妻子生育期間可享受3天帶薪陪產假。4、女員工懷孕不滿4個月流產者，賜予7天的產假；懷孕滿4個月以上的流產者，賜予15天的產假。5、假期含公休假日和法定節日。6、享受公司產假的女員工在產假結束后不得馬上辭職，否則視為騙取公司福利，公司有權不發休假期間工資，如需辭職，需在正常工作狀況下提前一個月提出申請，依據離職制度執行。（八）年休假：1、享受條件：在本公司工齡滿3年以上的員工，年休假為8

34、天，以后每兩年可享受一次8天的年休假。2、但有下列狀況任一者不能享受年休假：年累計請事假超過7天（含）者；年累計請病假超過14天（含）者；年累計請事、病假合計超過20天（含）者；年累計礦工達3天及以上者。3、可享受年休假的員工需在支配休年假之前的一個月向公司提出申請，經公司審批同意后方可按支配時間進行休假，若員工的休假時間與公司的工作支配相沖突，員工應本著優先考慮公司利益的原則改期休假。4、無路程假。5、假期不含公休假日和法定節日。6、年休假需在滿意工齡年限的次年有效，8天假期在不影響公司運營的狀況下，可在一年內分一次或兩次休完。對于員工主動放棄休年假，公司不考慮補償措施。請假規定：（一）除每

35、周公休假和每年法定節假日外，員工休假必需提前填寫“請假單”向相關批準人申請，經批準后方可休假。未辦妥請假手續，不得先行離崗，否則以曠工論。確有急事不及提前請假者，可電話請假，事后須在復崗后1日內補辦請假手續。未辦請假手續者視為曠工。（二）員工請假后由干脆上級支配他人暫代其工作；公司領導外出時須將行程和時間支配通知人力資源部備案。（三）請假單由人力資源部存查，請假人所在部門負責考勤人員須據實記錄。請假人應按期到崗，到崗后剛好到人力資源部銷假。（四）員工請假期滿如不提前一天辦理續假或辦理續假未獲批準而不按時到崗者，除確因不行抗力事務外，均以曠工論。（五）如發覺員工請假有虛假狀況時，則對所請假期按曠

36、工論。（六）住院或經總經理特殊批準病假期滿后，不能從事原工作也不能從事公司另行支配的工作的，公司予以解除勞動合同。期滿能上班者，應由就醫醫院開具證明，并經原所在部門或上級部門進行三個月的試工考評，試工期間待遇按原工資標準計發。對達到要求者留職。達不到要求者公司另行支配工作，員工對另行支配的工作拒不聽從者，公司有權予以解除勞動合同。（七）曠工3天以上，經教化無效者，公司有權解除勞動關系。（八）員工請假未滿半小時者，以半小時計算；半小時（含）到1小時者，以1小時計算；累計滿8小時為1日，給假日期的計算均自每年1月1日起至12月31日止。中途到職者，按比例扣減。請假批準權限（注：全部的假類都需填寫請

37、假單，具體請假流程請見請假流程圖）： （一）部門經理以下員工請假：員工填寫請假事由、時間等，請假半天以內，部門經理干脆審批；請假半天至（含）1天，部門經理寫是否影響工作支配的看法，報分管副總經理審批；請假超過1天，部門經理寫工作能否支配的看法，由分管副總經理批閱，報總經理審批。 （二）部門經理請假：經理填寫請假事由、時間等，請假（含）1天以內，由分管副總經理審批；請假超過1天，分管副總經理寫工作能否支配的看法，由總經理審批。 （三）副總經理請假：副總經理填寫請假事由、時間等，由總經理審批。第四章 休假期間待遇每周公休假日、每年法定節假日工資、福利照發。病假期間待遇：（一）病假期間，凡在公司工齡

38、滿三年（含）以上的員工，享受80%的崗位工資，工齡不滿三年的員工享受70%的崗位工資。（二）請病假30天（含）以上直至一年，只發本市規定的最低保障工資。（三）工傷期間待遇見工傷管理方法有關規定。事假期間待遇：事假期間工資、獎金及津貼一律扣發。婚、喪、產假期間待遇：工資、福利照發，獎金不發。年休假期間工資待遇：工資、福利照發、獎金照發。曠工3天（含）以內按日工資數扣發3倍薪金；曠工3天以上者，公司除按日工資數扣發3倍薪金外，還可解除勞動合同。第五章 加班管理因工作緣由，員工需在雙休日、節假日、夜間加班的，可享受調休假或經濟補償。申請加班的部門至少在加班的前一天照實填寫加班申請表（該表在人力資源部領取），由部門經理審核簽字、報總經理審批后方可進行支配加班，并將加班申請表交由人力資源部備案。未經批準的加班，員工出差超過正常工作時間或在假期內，員工參與講座、會議、培訓或公司社交宴請等超過正常工作時間或在假期內。上述情形均不屬于加班，公司不會為此支付相應酬勞或賜予調休。
