1、一、指導思想1 .以教育部制定的義務教育英語課程標準（2011年版）為依據，在考查基礎知識和基本技能的同時，著重考查學生的綜合語言運用能力。2 .在保持連續性、穩定性的前提下，進一步推進中考改革，促進初中英語教學改革，促進學生發展。3 .試題所選擇的語言素材和創設的語言運用情景與學生的生活實際、生活經驗及社會發展實際緊密聯系。4 .杜絕繁、偏、舊試題，題量適中，難易適度。二、考試內容和要求（9語言知識考查學生在一定的語境中運用語法知識、詞匯知識、語用知識的能力，考查形式有單項填空，完形填空、單詞拼寫、綜合填空等。語法知識的考查以義務教育英語課程標準（2011年版）語法項目表中的五級要求為準（見

2、附錄1）。詞匯考查范圍以詞匯表（見附錄2）所列1600個單詞為依據，同時還包括義務教育課程標準實驗教科書英語教材中所學的常用單詞、習慣用語或固定搭配。（二）語言運用1 .聽力考查學生對所聽語言材料的理解以及從所聽語言材料中獲取信息、并能簡單記錄有關信息的能力。2 .口語初中畢業生綜合素質評價包括英語口語測試，考查學生用英語進行簡單口頭表達的能力。3 .閱讀閱讀理解能力是初中英語中考的主要考查內容，著重考查學生理解各種題材和體裁的書面材料的能力以及從各種材料中獲取信息的能力，不僅考查細節，還重視考查深層理解能力，包括把握所讀材料的主旨和要義、根據已知事實作由簡單推斷、理解作者的觀點和態度以及根據

3、語境猜測詞義等?？荚囆问讲粌H有傳統的選擇題型，還將設置非選擇題型。第四大題閱讀理解部分短文數將由3篇增至4篇，分值和題數保持不變。4 .書面表達著重考查學生以書面形式表達意義的能力。中考書面表達為指導性寫作，即要求學生根據所提供的莫些信息，按一定的要求寫作文或其他形式的材料。提示形式包括中英文寫作要點說明或圖表提示等。三、考試方法和試卷結構（一）考試方法考試分聽力考試和筆試兩部分。先進行聽力測試，再進行筆試。進行聽力考試時，考生在統一時間內在考場收聽錄音磁帶，邊聽錄音邊答題。錄音帶只放一遍，錄音結束，聽力考試即結束?？荚嚂r間為120分鐘（二）試卷結構試卷題型、計分和說明如下：題型計分說明第I卷
