1、希捷F3平臺硬盤常見故障案例-1硬盤不能識別：1.用終端備份28號系統文件，它是翻譯器對應模塊2B .2.m0,6,22 重建翻譯器  之后硬盤可以識別。大約要等1分鐘以上，硬盤才可以識別。但所有扇區不能讀數據。終端不斷有PING 錯誤報告。讀取扇區和固件會提示忙。3.清除非常駐缺陷表后，再重建翻譯器，硬盤能讀前面一部分扇區，后面大部分扇區報錯，不能讀。同樣認盤緩慢。不能編輯硬盤ID參數。編輯ID參數無響應報錯。遇到上面這種問題可以找到一個好的硬盤，編輯硬盤ID參數 。禁止PINGBUG 如圖：取消畫圈中的對鉤，然后點OK,這樣可以禁止硬盤的缺陷掃描。然后保存完好備件硬盤的

2、這個系統文件ID號：093 ，它和硬盤的模塊2A是對應的。 這個模塊是 Save mode pages （HDD SETS)硬盤設置參數 之后調整硬盤讀模式為終端，寫入093系統文件到故障硬盤，發現COPY0 不能寫入。之后寫入COPY1 成功。 再寫入原始備份的系統文件028（硬盤翻譯器模塊）到COPY0 .發現COPY0 不能寫入，我們同樣寫入COPY1. 成功。之后對硬盤斷電上電發現，硬盤可以很快識別并成功讀取所有扇區數據。  數據恢復成功。注意，硬盤不識別，必須先備份系統文件28.它是翻譯器2B模塊重要提示：在重建翻譯器前最好用終端備份28號系統文件，如果重建翻譯器

3、后前好后壞可以將原翻譯器寫回。通病快速處理方法：報錯：MCMT SIM1009  0002A1E1等,可以通病修復,直接寫相同版本 346 .17A  系統文件 ，3分鐘內,常見問題就可以解決.不能清除SMART ，N1失敗：寫這3個系統文件： 133 134 135，然后N1成功，SMART 修復。希捷F3磁頭適配調整在ROMPC3000UDMA 5.5 之后版本具有此功能Tools-Utility extensions menu-Work wiht Flash ROM image file,讀出ROM.點DATA 圖標進行ROM 適配。7200.4
