Process Description過程描述6.1 EHS shall acquire legal and other requirements from following approaches: 公司主要從以下渠道獲取法律、法規(guī)： Environmental Protection Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality 深圳市環(huán)保局； 6.1.2 Environment professional internets. 專業(yè)網(wǎng)站（中國環(huán)境保護(hù)網(wǎng)）等。 6.2 Legal and other requirements are att

7、ained by EHS half a year and the law list once new laws available. EHS每半年一次進(jìn)行更新法律法規(guī)及其它要求，一旦有新的相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)發(fā)行， EHS及時(shí)更新適用法律及其它要求一覽表上。6.3 Identification of legal and other requirements 法律、法規(guī)的識別 EHS department will confirm legal and other requirements according to companys environmental aspects, and fill in

EHS根據(jù)公司環(huán)境因素確定適用的法律及其它要求，并填寫適用法律及其它要求一覽表。 6.3.2 According to related departments environmental aspects, EHS department will collect the legal and other requirements. DCC will distribute to all related departments and make a distribution record. EHS根據(jù)各部門涉及的環(huán)境因素，將相

10、相關(guān)環(huán)境 因素中,并在建立和保持環(huán)境管理體系時(shí),對收集到的法律法規(guī)進(jìn)行考慮是否適用.6.4 Updating of legal and other requirements 法律及其它要求的更新 When legal and other requirements are revised or there are new legal and other requirements to be issued, EHS department should update the Legal and Other Requirements List timely.當(dāng)法律及其它要求發(fā)生變更或有新法律及其它要求

11、發(fā)行時(shí)，EHS應(yīng)及時(shí)更新適用法律及其它要求一覽表。 6.4.2 When the activities, products or service changed, EHS department should organize relevant department to re-identify and acquire the suitable legal and other requirements, then update the Legal and Other Requirements List. 當(dāng)公司活動、產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)發(fā)生變化時(shí)，EHS應(yīng)組織各部門重新識別并獲取適用的法律、法規(guī)和其它要求

12、，并更新適用法律及其它要求一覽表。 6.4.3 EHS should submit the updated legal and other requirements to management representative to review. EHS將更新的法律與其它要求提交給管理者代表審閱。6.5 Management representative or authorized person shall organize all departments to wholly evaluate the compliance of legal and other requirements once

13、 half a year, when the new laws and regulations issued or the activities, products or service changed, management representative or authorized person should evaluate the compliance of the legal and other requirements, and fill the result in the Evaluation of Legal and Other Requirements List. 管理者代表或

14、授權(quán)人每半年組織各部門對法律法規(guī)的符合情況作一次全面評價(jià)，當(dāng)有法律法規(guī)公布、更改及公司活動、產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)發(fā)生改變時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)對法律法規(guī)符合情況進(jìn)行評價(jià)，并將評價(jià)結(jié)果記錄在法律法規(guī)評價(jià)表中。6.6 Management representative or authorized person should supervise and check the compliance of legal and other requirements at any moments, and evaluate wholly once half a year. When monitoring, measuring th

15、e compliance of the legal and other requirements, mainly inspect the standard clauses and requirements one by one, and fill the results of monitoring and measurements in Evaluation of Legal and Other Requirements List. 管理者代表或授權(quán)人對法律法規(guī)的遵循情況、隨時(shí)進(jìn)行監(jiān)督檢查，并每半年全面檢查評價(jià)一次。監(jiān)測、測量法律和法規(guī)的遵循內(nèi)容時(shí)，要針對法律、法規(guī)的條文標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求，逐一檢查，其監(jiān)測和測量的結(jié)果填寫在法律法規(guī)評價(jià)表中。 6.7 The control of applicable legal and other requirements should be implemented as the con
