1、淺談高校提升教學質量做好因教施學提高教學質量是一所高等院校的永恒話題,作為應用型高校的教師,首要任務是搞好教學工作,也就是盡可能完美地將知識傳授給學生。那如何完實現呢,可以從以下幾個方面入手。Improving the teaching quality is the eternal topic of an institution of higher education, as the application of university teachers, the first task is to improve the teaching work, also is the perfect as

That how to realize it, can from the following aspects.毋庸置疑,準備好每一次課程的內容是搞好教學工作、提高教學質量的基礎。教學的主要過程在課堂,而教師在課堂上講述的內容絕大部分要靠課前的準備。因此,備課是很重要的環(huán)節(jié),只有經過充分準備的課程內容,才可能被學生很好地領會和掌握。Without a doubt, ready for every course content is based on teaching work well, improve the

4、課堂后,就要面對學生,把準備好的內容傾囊相授。在這里,很重要的一點就是,大到課程,小到知識點,都應該盡量先讓學生明白其學習的目的和意義,因為學生只有明確了學習的動機,才可能有更充足的動力和更明確的方向。因此,每門課程的第一次課,都應該花幾分鐘時間來講述本門課程的學習目的,同時要聯(lián)系學生的專業(yè),告訴他們這門課程對他們會產生的影響,尤其是會對他們就業(yè)、發(fā)展帶來哪些優(yōu)勢和便利(這是很多學生所關注的,弄清楚了這些問題,學生的學習就更有方向性,而不只是盲目地接受。同樣的,對于一些細節(jié),也可通過這種方式來引發(fā)學生思考。比如,很多課程里都會有數制的內容,日常用的十進制,計算機中采用二進制,那么八進制和十六進
5、制為什么會出現,有什么必要呢?在實際講授這部分內容時,應該提出這樣的問題,從而讓學生理解學習這些內容的意義,而不僅僅只是不同數制間的轉換。事實上,應該鼓勵學生碰到知識點多問幾個“為什么”,搞清楚為什么要學這個內容,能夠很有效地擴展思維,開拓學生的眼界。事實上,這也可以看做是啟發(fā)式教學的一種形式。The preparation is the preparation stage before class, when entering the classroom, to students, the prepared content purse-phase award. 13、真負責,每一次作業(yè),都要仔細評閱。絕大多數情況下,學生對于老師的評閱都很重視,指出有錯誤的地方,能夠及時改正,有時學生也會在作業(yè)本上寫幾句話提問或表達自己的一些觀點和想法,遇到這樣的情況,一定要認真給予回復,這樣會讓學生感覺到老師在關注著他們,重視他們,有助于提升學生學習的動力和信心。Finally, homework is an important link of improving teaching quality.
