1、近年來海按照文化部和國家非物質文化遺產保護中心的部署，在“保護為主，搶救第一，合理利用，傳承發展”的工作方針和“政府主導、社會參與，明確職責、形成合力，長遠規劃、分步實施，點面結合、講求實效”的工作原則指導下，通過健全保護工作機制，全面開展資源普查，建立三級名錄體系，強化各項保護措施，加強宣傳普及和交流傳播等，積極推進非物質文化遺產保護工作，取得明顯進展。目前，上海已建立國家、市和區縣三級名錄體系，其中，國家級名錄項目33個，市級名錄項目83個，區縣級名錄項目206個。上海在保護非物質文化遺產方面取得了一些新經驗： For the past few years, in according to

Recently, Shanghai has built three-class (national, municipal, county) directory system, of which there are 33 national programs, 83 municipal programs and 206 county programs. Shanghai has got some experiences

5、 on protecting the intangible cultural heritage: 與物質文化遺產保護相結合。非物質文化遺產與物質文化遺產關系密切，非物質文化催生了物質文化，物質文化又涵蓋了非物質文化遺產，兩者相互依存、互相作用。近年來上海把保護非物質文化遺產與保護物質文化遺產緊密結合起來，取得了初步成效。如上海的博物館和紀念館利用其考古、文博、歷史、民俗等專業人才和科研優勢，收藏和保護的技術優勢，面向現代社會的社會教育優勢，在保護物質文化遺產的同時保護非物質文化遺產，在“5.18”國際博物館日、中國文化日和歷史文化名城命名日等精心策劃了一系列活動，把有形文化遺產和無形文化遺產結
