1、4.I.中北大學外語系畢業論文文本規范（2010，12修訂）畢業論文構成部分畢業論文一般由1.題目頁（title Page中英文兩頁）、2. Dedication （optional）、3.致謝、英文摘要（含關鍵詞）、5.中文摘要（含關鍵詞）、6.目錄、7.正文、8.參考文獻9.附 （0 ptio nal）等組成。各部分的內容與要求分述如下：：16個單詞題目（Title）:畢業論文題目要求簡明扼要，具有概括性。英文不宜超過（原則上），漢字不宜超過16個字。英文題目要打印在論文的專用封面上，專用封面內要有英文題目頁。摘要、關鍵詞（Abstract; Keywords）:摘要應反映論

2、文的全貌（包括概括研究課題 的內容、方法和觀點以及所取得的成果和結論）。字數300個英文單詞，但不得少于150詞。關鍵詞以3-5個為宜，不得少于 3個。Keywords所包含詞首字母不用 大寫（專有名詞除外），詞與詞之間用分號點開，空2格。目錄（Table of Contents）:目標標題要求層次分明、清晰。標題字樣、頁碼應與正文中的標題和頁碼嚴格一致。目錄按三級標題編寫，即I, 1.1, 1.1.1；等。（參見示例1）。正文前頁碼用小寫羅馬數字 表示。A Sample of Table of Contents :Presentation and Analysis of Data（每個實詞首

4、選取本研究（包括各種方法的對比分析以及采用本方法的優點）。過程論述：對研究過程進行陳述，要求論點公允、論證充分、邏輯性強、層次分明、表達自然貼切。正文引文（含直接引用和間接引用他人觀點）須表明出處，且與參考文獻嚴格對應可查。結果分析：對研究過程中所獲主要數據或主要現象進行定性或定量分析，得出推論 或結論。結論或總結：對整個研究工作進行歸納整合（包括本課題研究的主要成果、本課題 研究中尚存的問題及進一步開展研究的見解和建議）正文總字數5000字（以英文單詞為準），但不得低于 4500字。雙學位學生與本科 生同等要求。致謝（Acknowledgements ）:簡述自己饌寫畢業論文的體會；對指導教

5、師以及相關人 員致謝。附錄（Appendix or Appendices）:對于一些不宜收入正文但作為畢業論文不可缺少的 組成部分，或有參考價值的內容， 女 0:survey form, in terview questi onn aire, consent letter, etc,可編入附錄中。參考文獻（Bibliography）：參考文獻的引用和著錄應符合APA規范（參見示例2：參8種。引用的考文獻著錄規范）。文獻條目不得少于15種，其中外文資料不得少于 資料應具有權威性，對畢業論文有直接參考價值。參考文獻排列英文文獻在先，中文文獻在后。參考文獻依首字母按照英文字母表順序排列。參考文獻的著

6、錄及引述格式參見示例二。參考文獻必須與正文中引用一致，嚴禁弄虛作假，否則論文按不 及格處理。書名與雜志名斜體，文章名不斜體，且書名與文章名僅第一個單詞首字母大寫，專有名 詞除外。冒號后第一個單詞首字母大寫，文章名中作品名第一個單詞及實詞首字母大寫& 論文正文頁碼用阿拉伯數字表示，置于頁面下方中間位置，只打數字即可，不采用“-8-”或“ 4 of 20”的形式。自論文正文開始上標頁眉“中 北大學XXXX 屆畢業論文”（黑體，小四號字體）。雙學位為“中北大學XXXX屆英語 雙學位畢業論文”（黑體，小四號字體）。二、畢業論文格式要求1.論文全文采用 Times New Roman字體：論文題目18號

7、:一級標題（章標題）16號, 分別冠以I、II、III、IV、V等序號（不必標示Chapter等字樣）;二級標題（節標題）M,分別冠以1.1, 1.2; 2.1,2.2等序號；三級標題（節以下標題）均采用 址號, 分別冠以1.1.1; 2.1.1等序號，同時該標題斜體打印；正文 采用12號字（注意：論 文采用三級制；非三級制標題宜改寫或轉換為三級制）。例：Sample of title levels in each cha pterI Presentation and Analysis of Data （每個實詞字頭大寫） （注： 數字與題目間空2格）1.1 The university En
