1、increasing revenue of oushanxiye wedding supplies store through enriching service 摘要歐尚喜業婚慶用品店是2010年6月由我開辦,主要是以銷售婚禮和慶典用品為主的商店。 但是從開業以來兩個月銷量來看,銷售額不近呼人意,為了能有正常的銷售流水和利潤率,我對該店做了一定的服務項目豐富。 店鋪緊挨京東燕郊開發區,交通便利,這里的人們接納新事物的能力較強。周邊有足夠的社區,也為我的項目提供了較多的潛在客戶群。 銷售額肯定是衡量一個店面的營業能力的重要標準,為了能在短時間內調整到理想狀態,我們利用調查問卷對20名顧客進行數
2、據收集,還包括情況,swot等多種分析方法制定了相應的調整方案,并假設項目實施后將得到相比較6-7月兩個月的業績有至少100%的業績提升。 經過8月數據收集,設施購買等系列措施完成后,9月-10月為真正的數據統計時間,實施過程中的,細致的數據收集和記錄,我們發現銷售額有了接近31倍的提升,達到了意想不到的理想結果。這次項目的成功完成,也讓我意識到,只有不斷關注客戶需求,以客戶為中心,擴展具有自身優勢的業務才能有更高的競爭優勢.項目的成功實施也為單純以零售為主的商店轉變為一站式服務的婚慶公司打好了基礎。關鍵詞: 歐尚喜業:銷售額;一站式服務:abstractoushanxiye wedding
3、supplies store was opened by myself in june this year. this shop provides products about wedding. during the first two months, the problem i am facing is that my shop has low revenue. in order to have normal revenue and profitability, i enriched new service about wedding. our store is close to yanji
4、ao near beijing, in a hub transport. the people here are susceptible to the new things. there are enough surrounding communities, which provide more potential customers for my project.the revenue can measure a store which has operating capacity or not. as concern as the limited times, we made a surv
5、ey from 20 customers for data collection, including the situation analysis, swot analysis and other methods to develop a project for enriching. it is hypothesized that if i enrich new services of wedding, then the revenue of my store will increase at least 100% respectively from september to october
6、 than the last two months.in august, a survey was had, facilities were purchased, and the two months from september to october is real time for data collection. from all the data and records, we found that sales have nearly 31 times increased than before.the project is finished successfully. we real

11、hrough enriching services 1. introduction oushanxiye wedding supplies store was opened by myself in jun this year. this shop provides products of wedding, like red packets, invitation cards and so on. the key customers of our store are couples who account for 90%, and the enterprises. my shop is lar
12、ge enough in scale near the downtown blocks in hebei province. it consists of 2 persons, a shop assistant and i.but during the first two months, the problem i am facing is the low revenue cannot support our high rental and the cost of staff. at the same time, more and more complaints on no service f
13、or the wedding ceremony were noticed. there is a vicious circle, the sales only from retailing lead to low revenue; the products like red packets, invitation cards cant satisfy the demands of clients. our store had to take measures to solve this problem,thomas peters and robert waterman wrote in the
14、ir book in search that a tailored way is a market way which can give a full role for their strengths. our strengths are the large scale can supply enough room; i am familiar with the wedding. i believe that enriching some services about wedding ceremony according to the complaints of clients can lea
15、d more revenue. to carry out the project a book enlighten me, including how to analyze the problem , how to collect data,how to produce an effective project. the whole theoretical bases could be found in school psychology, (2006). my project design was based on the needs and wants analysis and the c
16、urrent situation of our store. the project was scheduled to be implemented between august and october of 2010. the projects goal is to enrich more services about wedding ceremony for attracting more customers. the objectives are rapidly increasing the revenue by 100% respectively through a series of
17、 activities in next three months. my store will be transfer from a store to be a one-stop service store in future. a series of monitoring and evaluating tools were used to ensure the scheduled activities were fully carried out in time. the paper includes project flow chart, activities with time-scal
18、e, and a registration form and so on. it also stated the people involved and responsibilities, the cost of project, all of these can help me to implement the project successfully.before putting the plan into practice, i also devised some measures to control and manage potential risks. the goal of th
19、e project was a one-stop service store which could provide new services to customers for the wedding ceremony. the total cost of the project was 21,800 yuan. it included purchasing computer and materials, charge for the service and etc.within the two months after enriching new services, useful tools
20、 for the project, arrangements in details and evaluation brought a sharp increase in the revenue by 3060% respectively. meanwhile the competitiveness of the shop was also improved. my store has had a first successful step to be a one-stop service store. i hope oushangxiye will be a famous brand in t
21、hat place.2problem identification and analysis2.1description of project problem during the first two months, the problem i am facing is that my shop has low revenue. even the couples bought goods all they need in my store; it will be no more than 300 rmb. there are more and more clients who made com
22、plaints for no choices on wedding ceremony, like planning the wedding process, undertaking the ceremony, videotape (including to make wedding process vcd and dvd), bedecking with flowers, leasing cars and so on. in order to increase our revenue, as concern as all complain of clients, i think the bes
23、t solution to my shops problems is to add those services which have something to do with wedding.we can invest some money on the equipments which needed in wedding ceremony, once investment for more times using. get in touch with the agents for leasing car and more photographers. the third season is

33、e customer to our shop must narrow the research problem through a needs analysis of the clients. the goal is to find out what sort of services would be added immediately.first, a questionnaire was designed by myself which covering aspects that were thought to be included in a market survey of a wedd
34、ing supplies store. then i arranged the assistant to do it. to get a clearer idea of the problem about our shop, she made a survey with 20 persons, including the clients come to buy the goods for about two weeks.the results showed that the current price of goods is proper in the market, and the kind
35、s of products are enough. through adjusting the price will be not acceptable. it said that over 80% couples feel that our services are lack of variety. they have few choices when considering having a wedding ceremony. the shop should offer services about wedding ceremony, like wedding venue, leasing
